—Skeppy, in chat |
Skeppy is a former citizen of the Badlands and Dream SMP. He mainly tends to stick to himself, mainly being seen with BadBoyHalo. In the Manberg Rebellion, he considered himself to be a third party and did not partake part in any conflict other than the Battle of the Lake.
Appearance[]
Skeppy was a humanoid creature that is a living diamond block. He had teal skin and a "derp" face. Often times, he wore a ducky suit which matched with BadBoyHalo's.
After being corrupted by the Egg, his skin turned red, and his tongue turned teal.
Personality[]
Pre-egg possession[]
Skeppy tended to support whatever side BadBoyHalo supports in a conflict. He was very loyal to his friend. He seemed rather odd and off to himself, known by many on the server for constantly asking others if they are selling nether quartz. He also often tended to come off as overly energetic.
Egg possession[]
After a prolonged period of exposure to the Egg's influence, Skeppy became completely overtaken by its influence. He talks in a monotone voice and expresses no emotion other than happiness when being close to the Egg. He also does not show any interest in anything unrelated to the Egg.
History[]
Pre-war[]
Skeppy joined before the Dream Team SMP vs. L'Manberg War only to troll Tommy and grief his house. He burned one of Tommy's music discs, painfully souring their relationship.
Post-war[]
After the war, Skeppy rejoined the server and started playing. He built his house at the end of Prime Path and managed to gain possession of Tommy's Cat disc after trading Spirit's leather with Dream.
Manberg Rebellion[]
After another period of inactivity, Skeppy returned to the server during the Manberg Rebellion to find his house griefed. He still had possession of Cat, but transferred it to BadBoyHalo and made a promise to keep it between them. The two then demolished his old house and replaced it with a giant quartz mansion, protecting the foundation with obsidian and building a vault below the mansion. He subsequently joined the Badlands because of Bad's involvement in the faction and general alignment with their goals.
Egg Arc[]
artículo principal: Blood Vines
As the Egg brainwashed Antfrost, BadBoyHalo, and Captain Puffy, Skeppy was left seemingly unaffected. He was disturbed by both it and Bad's relation with it, asking for Awesamdude to help clean up its growths within his mansion. After the Egg was covered in obsidian, effectively freeing the brainwashed people, Skeppy broke the shell, causing those formerly affected to become brainwashed again. Later on, Skeppy seemingly sacrificed himself by covering the Egg with obsidian and trapping himself within. This caused the formerly-brainwashed trio to work to destroy the surrounding growths and blood vines, trying to figure out a way to save Skeppy.
BadBoyHalo ended up freeing Skeppy, but the prolonged period of close exposure to the Egg heavily brainwashed him, turning him bright red as opposed to his normal blue. Bad attempted to bring back Skeppy's memories and autonomy to him (using sand, the world-edit axe, blue dye, 14, etc.), but he showed no interest. Skeppy expressed that he felt "euphoric" thanks to the Egg. Unlike the previously corrupted bunch, Skeppy did not attempt to lure anyone under the Egg's influence. Instead, he just wanted to go back to his obsidian prison. Skeppy also moved from his house into a small hut.
Recently Bad and Ant have been preforming experiments on Skeppy in order to free Skeppy from the influence of egg. One experiment they tried was a relative success, by giving Skeppy Church Prime water Skeppy was more or less freed from the eggs influence
