This page is about the character on the Dream SMP. For the streamer who plays this character, see Tubbo.

You've undermined my authority from the get go! Okay? All of you, no one here has respected me! You all jump on these merry little bandwagons of destruction! It's not- it's not okay! You definitely don't have the best interests of this nation at heart!

—Tubbo

Tubbo is a character within the Dream SMP. He was the third and final president of L'Manberg, serving until its fall in the Doomsday War. Though their relationship has a complicated history, Tubbo is Tommyinnit's best friend, and the two of them have been together since the time they first joined the SMP. Tubbo was the former Secretary of State for L'Manberg during The Soot Administration. He was raised by Philza, but never formally adopted. Philza found him on the side of the road, due to Tubbo simply opening the car door and falling out of it.

During Jschlatt's administration, Tubbo served as his right hand man while secretly acting as a spy for Pogtopia. Additionally, Tubbo was the decorator for the Manberg Festival, where he was was publicly executed after his speech by Jschlatt by the hands of his Pogtopian ally, Technoblade. After consequently losing Manberg's Secretary of State position and having his citizenship revoked, Tubbo joined his friends in Pogtopia.

After the festival, Tubbo, TommyInnit and Nihachu banded to form their own group, as they no longer trusted Wilbur due to his insanity.

At some point, Tubbo founded the Dreamon Hunters with Fundy, in order to hunt supernatural creatures called Dreamons. Sapnap was later recruited into this group.

After Schlatt's death in the Manberg vs Pogtopia War, Tubbo was made the third president of L'Manberg by Wilbur. During his administration, Tubbo appointed Quackity, Fundy, Niki, Karl Jacobs, and to positions within his Cabinet. Additionally, he appointed Tommy as Vice President, but later exiled him due to Tommy posing a threat to L'manburg's safety, a decision he later came to regret deeply. Tubbo also joined the Butcher gang in trying to hunt down Technoblade. He was the sitting president in office during the Doomsday war, and the final president of L'manburg.

After the events of the Doomsday War, Tubbo left to found Snowchester by himself, later inviting a few others to join him.

Although the SMP does not have any 'true' protagonists, Tubbo is thought to be the deuteragonist due to his relationship with Tommy and role in the story.

Appearance[]

Tubbo is a human with light skin, blue eyes, and blond hair. His default outfit is a green shirt, with jeans and black shoes. His beekeeper outfit is a yellow and brown striped shirt, with jeans and bee slippers. His new uniform, (L'Manberg President uniform), is based off of the original L'Manberg uniform as well as with some aspects of formal attire with a tie and white shirt underneath. He has also worn the official presidential suit of L'Manberg, formerly belonging to Wilbur Soot: a simple navy suit with golden shoulder pads over a white undershirt and red tie. He has been confirmed to be short.

Personality[]

Normal personality[]

Tubbo plays the character of a hyperactive and kind-hearted, naïve side-kick. He is often seen following Tommy around, usually helping Tommy in his pranks and hijinks. Tubbo is extremely easy to convince and persuade as long as it doesn't intersect with his morals. Tubbo is known for his "alter-egos", but the normal/host Tubbo is an air-headed, somewhat ditzy, but all around loyal and good person. He knows what he can and can't do, usually just sticking with what he knows. He also is very lawful, knowing where his loyalties lie. He's a bad liar when it comes to lying to authority like Schlatt or Wilbur, but is able to manipulate situations, possibly making his character smarter than he seems. Tubbo knows every glitch or exploit in Minecraft as well as being able to work basic and above redstone. He is also one of the best builders on the server, which makes him a valuable asset.

As a spy[]

His loyalty is his priority, though it was put on rocky waters when he became Jschlatt's right hand man, reluctantly betraying Tommy. However because of his morals and his friendship, he decided that Tommy was more important than his power and decided that he would become a spy, thus making his character complete. He's a kind, soft-hearted ditz who's smarter than he seems. He's extremely loyal, never betraying his friends even when given the biggest of bribes.

However, Tubbo is often looked over for his arrogant counterpart, often having his own good deeds ignored by whatever authority he's under. He's also forced to do things like spying just because he's told to, and has trouble saying no. However, after the festival, Tubbo seems to be more upfront and able to stand up for himself. He is still extremely loyal, almost to a fault, but is able to stand up for himself and voice his opinions more often.

During this time, Wilbur had said that Tubbo's D&D alignment was lawful good. [2]

Tubbo is lawful good. No matter the situation or his own opinions on leadership he will always follow the codes and conducts he believes in; upholding the laws of his nation. (Tubbo even felt remorse as a spy despite knowing it was the right thing to do morally)

As president[]

Tubbo changed quite a bit since his first days on the SMP. As the President of Democratic L'Manberg, he looked to take matters into his own hands (in a good way). Tubbo looked forward to finishing projects, as he is always enthusiastic about mega structures and even small builds. Tubbo seemed to have become the way Wilbur was during early L'Manberg stages: a leader who didn't fight, used words, and displayed strong charisma. However, this was quickly shown to be a failure, as Tubbo easily folded under the pressure of both his cabinet peers and outside forces to please people. As President, Tubbo failed to build a single structure that survived the bombing or left a lasting mark on the world.

Tubbo's former main goal as president was to maintain peace, but after a few weeks, Tommy griefed GeorgeNotFound's house, angering Dream and thereby putting all of L'Manberg in danger. Tubbo had stated that he did not want to exile Tommy, but he ended up exiling him anyways because he was a liability, despite the protests of both Tommy and the other L'Manbergians. Due to this, Fundy said that Tubbo was acting more like Schlatt. Tubbo yelled at his cabinet in response, saying they had never respected nor listened to him in favor of Tommy. Tubbo proceeded to meekly get dragged around by Quackity, who followed his own dark plans to grab power for himself; Tubbo failed to keep him in check throughout his entire role as leader.

As premier[]

After L'Manberg was reformed into a communist state under Tubbo's own orders, Tubbo saw that peace isn't the option for everything. He still believed that peace is a priority, but now turns his focus to securing borders and building up the military in anticipation of attack from foreign parties. Despite this, he made no moves to reinforce his country against outside threats, instead resorting to an authoritarian secret police, and spent more time stealing from his own citizens under the guise of "taxes". He began to abuse his power and acted outside of the law, putting Philza under house arrest, holding an execution without trial, and opening fire on his own citizen.

Despite all of his flaws, Tubbo was very aware of his downward spiral and his parallels to Schlatt. He almost broke down in a conversation with Ranboo, talking about how almost everyone had left him, similarly to how everyone had left the previous president. When Quackity wanted to execute Ranboo for being a traitor, Tubbo was the one to step forward and defend him, having been in the exact same position as a decorator of a festival while also being a spy. With his awareness, he successfully avoided becoming a full-fledged villain, although it was for naught as L'Manberg was ultimately annihilated.

Flaws[]

Tubbo's major flaws are his short-sighted decisions and his perfectionist visions, as well as his will to let others push him around. Tubbo does what he thinks is the best for the country in the short term. He exiles Tommy, but fails to see that L'Manberg what it values most: isolationism and independence from being given choices by other factions. He planned a festival disguised as an execution to kill Dream but doesn't think what would happen afterwards. He sets laws that would satisfy most of the population, but doesn't think for the long term that would anger anarchists and give them a reason to show that Tubbo is ruling L'Manberg with an iron fist. His perfectionist and his short-sighted decisions lead to consequences that seem beneficial but would ultimately lead to utter annihilation and chaos.

Though Tubbo still appears as his usual silly self, a good part of it is a front for his self doubts, suppressed anger, and PTSD. After his administration and the events of the Doomsday War, Tubbo believes he was the worst president to have sat in office, and founded Snowchester to create a safe haven for himself and other refugees of L'Manberg.

Even if he tried to take matters into his own hands, he spent much of the rest of his reign capitulating to others' demands, and people not in the cabinet questioned his leadership, which failed to support or help them after rebuilding L'Manberg. On the eve of the Doomsday War, half of his own defense force defected or left, feeling as though Tubbo and L'Manberg never cared for them. Despite Tubbo's best efforts, he believes he utterly failed his nation and watched it burn around him.

Alter egos[]

Big Law[]

He is a lawyer when he's Big Law and will act more serious and probably doesn't respect authority as he says that he's above the law and tells people to be careful around him since he's a lawyer.

  • Big Law was the first of Tubbo's alter-egos.
  • He can only be accessed through consumption of cookies.
    • He enjoys Domino's cookies.
  • He is known to be someone who is "above the law" and to be careful around.
  • When in Big Law state, Tubbo will always make a voice and he will mention he is a lawyer to an almost excessive degree.

Quotes[]

  • "I'm a lawyer."
  • “Be careful, I’m a lawyer”
  • "Lawyers don't die... they go to a special place..."
  • "You don't allow shit, bitch."

Videos[]

Big Crime[]

Big Crime is basically the opposite of Big Law. He's a mastermind criminal who will kill and steal things and stare at people intently, unblinking, watching their every movement. He is responsible for the burning of Ponk's Third Lemon Tree and doesn't respect authority.

  • As his name suggests, Big Crime is prone to doing things such as kill people and stealing things.
  • Big Crime also likes to stare at people intently, unblinking, watching their every movement.
  • Big Crime was also responsible for the burning of Ponk's third lemon tree.

Toob[]

Toob is a complex personality and not much known. He was created the L'Manberg Election Night.

  • Not much is known about Toob, as most of his dialogue consists of him saying his own name, which Tommy makes fun of by saying he is like a Pokemon.
  • Toob also remarks after Tommy tells him to get a sign for the construction of a chair, that he has seen a sign, and it "opened up Toob's eyes."
  • This revelation caused Toob to talk about his epiphany from god, meaning that Toob is Tubbo's religious alter ego as well as his most stupid. This is aside from normal Tubbo, who is a member of Church Prime, and worships Dream.
  • Toob has the worst posture of all Tubbo's alter egos as he mostly maneuvers around the SMP by crouching.
  • Toob can be very confusing sometimes, as he constantly switches from speaking in first and third person.

This identity, however, is short lived, as Toob kills himself and immediately becomes normal again as people come on the server for the election.

Quotes[]

  • "TOOB!"
  • "To the shadows"
  • "I MADE TOOBLE"
  • "CARROT FOR BONES"
  • "TOOB saw a sign"
  • "It opened up TOOB'S EYES"
  • "TOOB LOVES GOD"
  • "I AM ASCENDING!"

Subbo[]

Subbo stands for Sad Tubbo which means he's sad and crying. He was created when he was taken hostage by Tommy and Technoblade.

  • Subbo is a portmanteau of "Sad Tubbo".
  • Worked for Tommy and Techno as a hostage for a short while.
  • Lost memory and became Tubbo again.

Drubbo[]

A sub version of Subbo who has inhaled the fumes of the mines and acts like they've inhaled drugs.

  • Drubbo claims that he has been in the mines all his life.
  • He is obsessed with something called "The Archive of the Romans."
    • Tubbo claimed that he saw Romans in the Archives. He also claimed that there was something called the, "Age Old Passage" inside the Archives that was rotting away. According to Tubbo, the Secretary of the Archives has blue eyes like Antfrost. We can assume that the Romans in the Archives are dead due to the fact that Tubbo only began to talk about them after he had died.
  • Drubbo, like Toob had to die before they became normal again.
  • After that, when Tommy and Techno murdered Drubbo, Tubbo claimed that he "was seated around a table with a bunch of Romans."
  • After finding Tommy is alive and working with Technoblade, Tubbo got high on stress relievers (pufferfish) and started joining voice calls.
  • On Ranboo's December 29th stream, Tubbo joined the voice call with a weird tone in his voice and claimed that the world around him was felt slow. Ranboo interjected that maybe he had taken something, implying drugs. Tubbo went on to ramble about peaches that were fuzzy and furry, not to be confused with hairy.
  • On the same day in Fundy's stream, Tubbo joins the call and compares Fundy to a peach. He rambles on about how unacceptable it is that Fundy still has bones in him, when the inside of a peach is mushy. He offers a deal that if Fundy signs a contract, Tubbo gets his bones. He declares that he will grind down his bones into dust and mush and pump them back in Fundy, who will be completely be like a peach— all mushy and fuzzy.
  • On top of that, he wants to "kick the shit out of Fundy's brains" which was in the contract that Fundy supposedly signed. It appears that the contract may be a fraud, seeing as that Fundy has no recollection of signing the contract. Ranboo, however, claims to be witness of the signing and Tubbo also says that there's also footage of him signing.

Tubbox[]

  • He sits in a box. Tubbox likes to wiggle his head. Tubbox bounces and jumps when carrots are thrown at him.
  • Tubbo was killed in a box of yellow concrete by Technoblade when Schlatt's suspicions of Tubbo's betrayal were correct.
  • "Tubbo in a box, what will he do?"

Dr. Theropiest Bo[]

Tubbo but he is a "theropiest", he sells various 'theropey flavors' such as blaze powder flavor, ender flavor, and apple flavor. His first patient was Tommy who has a fear of chickens and chicken guts. He helped Tommy tear down the structure built by Eret to cover L'Manberg in darkness, he hasn't been seen since.

  • The name "Dr. Theropiest Bo" given to him by Tommy is a combination of "Dr.", "Theropiest", and "Turbo."
  • He sells "theropey flavors" which don't make any sense whatsoever.
  • His first patient, Tommy, had a fear of chicken guts for some reason.

Flavors[]

Blaze powder, ender, apple, apple on a stick, wood, axe, gunpowder, TNT, sand, Fall Guys, Spleef, things, stuff, PogChamp, excuse, wandering

Tubbath/Tub[]

  • Tubbath was Tubbo's alter-ego when Tommy had Tubbo sit in a bath to produce bath water that they could sell to other members of the SMP.
  • Tubbath has not been seen since.

History[]

Early history[]

Not much is known about Tubbo's personal life prior to the events of the L'Manberg War, however, it has been stated that Phil and Wilbur found him on the side of a road.[3] Later on a stream, Philza said that they found Tubbo because Tubbo being stupid and opened the door of a car going 60 miles per hour, and fell out, the door automatically closed and his family never found him, even though Philza and them put up posters, although he also said that it could also be because he told Wilbur, Tommy, and Techno to put up the posters, but they just went to the park.

Independence of L'Manberg[]

Tubbo was asked by Wilbur and Tommy to join the effort, which he quickly accepted, and was one of the four people to write the First Declaration of Independence, "Independence". He was killed alongside Tommy after it was signed, which began the L'Manbergian Independence War.

Tubbo had his house burned down by Dream and Sapnap as a show of strength, as well as having his preparation for the fight, large quantities of potions and emeralds, destroyed by them as well. He was able to save his valuables right before Dream killed him, since George got an achievement, Subspace Bubble (Travel 1000 blocks using a nether portal), he knew he was being attacked. This is the moment the war started.

He participated in both the Battle of the L'Manberg Embassy and the Battle of the Two Towers, having his 2 end crystals stolen by Dream. When fellow member of L'Manberg, Eret, betrayed them, he was the most hurt by the betrayal, since they were good friends before his betrayal. Quoting his words: "Eret I farmed with you for hours!"

Tubbo was also present at Tommy and Dream's Duel for L'Manberg's Independence and, after Tommy's loss and his trading of his discs for true freedom, he signed the Second Declaration of Independence, and became Secretary of State for the Soot Administration.

Peace time and minor skirmishes[]

After the War, Tubbo constructed both a dock and a space facility, LMAO, or L'Manberg Astronomy Organization, within L'Manberg's borders. He also participated in a cartel with Tommy, Quackity and Thunder1408 (Jack Manifold). This cartel attempted to steal the phantom membranes that still existed in the server, since Dream had now disabled phantoms in the server, and then resell them for a profit. He created his alter-ego "Big Law" in this period. He supported Tommy during the convoluted trade between Skeppy and Dream for Spirit.

Another notable role he had during peace time was his involvement in the Railway Skirmish. After Tommy accidentally "killed" Dream, he and Tubbo went to pick up Dream's stuff per the latter's instruction. However, seeing potential leverage, the pair ran off without returning the items to their rightful owner, which infuriated Dream. After several fights, Tommy exchanging everything Dream lost for Spirit's leather, the disappearance of Dream's maxed netherite sword, and Sapnap joining and betraying Tommy and Tubbo, the skirmish came to an end. However, after the conflict, Tubbo brought Tommy to an undisclosed location, where he revealed he had hidden the sword to gain even more leverage over Dream.

After this, Tubbo participates in Dream's $5000 Deal or No Deal Event, and builds the King's Court in the sky. He also helps found a new religion, Church Prime, and also helps in the construction of the Subs, a holy district in which Tubbo's old burnt house resided in, and is now referred to as a "Heritage Site". He was asked by Tommy, during a schism between him and Dream, to represent him in a court case as Big Law, but that court case never actually happened, as Dream never showed up. He later helped Tommy and Jack in scamming Dream out of Tommy's pets, a later revealed fake Mellohi (as Tommy had the real one) and Tubbo's Bee boxes, in exchange for a fake Spirit, Beckerson, Mars, and Dream's stolen netherite sword.

He then creates a new alter-ego "Big Crime". Under this alter-ego, he burns down Ponk's Third Lemon Tree. He has a small skirmish with Fundy and Karl over stolen valuables, although this situation quickly defuses after some negotiations.

2020 L'Manberg Presidential Election[]

He was one of the first members of the server to support any party, his endorsement being for POG2020, Wilbur and Tommy's Campaign. He was present during the Presidential Debate in his courthouse, King's Court, and directed a significant fraction of the debate, being quoted as saying "You don't control anything, bitch." to George, before being replaced by Karl as director. After these events, he and Tommy burned down Quackity's unfinished mansion and he started to work on a bunker in case things went badly, saying it was for the "nukes" that would happen, often quoting the Fallout franchise. On the night of the election, he invented a new alter-ego: Toob. Before the results were announced, he showed both Tommy and Wilbur the bunker, who were both impressed by this. When the results were shown and revealed Schlatt to have won, Tommy and Wilbur's citizenships were revoked. Tubbo tried to escape with his invisibility potion with them, but was called up to the podium. After quickly killing himself to have the potion off, he stood on the podium, where Schlatt made him Secretary of State for his administration, and ordered him to show Wilbur and Tommy "the door". However, he was not efficient in that job, and they both managed to escape into the wilderness. He was then forced, along many others, to tear down L'Manberg's walls as well as the signs. He did as such reluctantly, which both hurt and shocked Tommy.

He also convinced Schlatt, through much struggle, not to tear down the Camarvan. Afterwards, he was forced to destroy Wilbur's Birthday Signs. When Technoblade, seemingly to help the fugitives, Schlatt tried to convince L'Manberg that he was actually there to help him or "repaying a favor" to Schlatt. Then, after Schlatt's renaming of L'Manberg to Manberg, Wilbur, Tommy and Technoblade convinced the already dissatisfied Tubbo to become a double agent for their commune (later named Pogtopia). He was also tasked with sowing seeds of conflict between Quackity and Schlatt, quoting the hit play Hamilton "I'm a Hercules Mulligan!"

He is present at the negotiations for a Visa for Tommy, and he tells Tommy to not trust Techno, due to Schlatt's earlier comments, while escorting the Pogtopians back into the wilderness. When Schlatt went to sleep and ended up on life support, Tubbo was one of the people who tended to him.

The Jschlatt Administration, Nihachu's Rebellion, and spying for Pogtopia[]

Tubbo, under Wilbur's orders, started to document what he experienced in Manberg and as Schlatt's right hand man. He was later asked by Nihachu to join the Manberg Rebellion. Although supportive of the cause, Tubbo did not fully commit due to his role as a spy. He did however, take Niki to his bunker, where they began to plan to monitor Schlatt's actions. He was soon messaged by Punz in regard to a possible alliance, and they met up in the Camarvan to discuss matters. There, Punz offered Tubbo several important items, which Tubbo reluctantly took, and the two went their separate ways. He also began and archive of the History of L'Manberg, and was asked to join Pogtopia by Wilbur and Techno. He said yes, and agreed to help in automating their potato farm.

Schlatt then questioned Tubbo on where he'd been, and asked to meet up with him. He then told Tubbo about his plans to take down buildings on the original L'Manbergian land, which Tubbo later relegated to Wilbur, which grew distrust between him and Tubbo. Later, to regain some of Wilbur's favor, he told him about Quackity's growing independence from Schlatt. He then finished the automated potato farm. During this time period, while Ninja visited the server, Tubbo stalked him and Tommy while Tommy gave the newly joined man a tour, and later got into a call with them.

He also participated in the hunt for MrBeast's Taco Bell gift card, and constructed a straight tunnel from his bunker to Pogtopia. He was later taken "hostage" by Techno and Tommy, along with Antfrost. He then created a new alter-ego, Subbo, when him and Ant were forced to mine for Pogtopia. They were both killed by Techno's Axe of Peace, which erased Tubbo's recollection of the events, and believed they were workers instead of slaves during that time.

The Festival[]

Tubbo planned and decorated for the festival at Schlatt's command. He was also tasked with giving a speech, later instructed by Wilbur to put in a code word to set the detonation of Manberg in motion. When everyone was gathered at the podium for Tubbo's speech, at the end of it, Schlatt and Quackity encase Tubbo in concrete, trapping him at the podium to reveal that Schlatt had known that he was working with Wilbur and Tommy. Schlatt then asks Techno to kill Tubbo, which he does, also taking out Schlatt and Quackity. Afterwards, Tommy challenges Techno to a fight in anger for killing Tubbo and Tommy ends up losing. Niki, Tubbo, and Tommy then listen to Tommy's disc, Blocks, at a ridge overlooking the stream that flowed in to Manberg territory, promising to stick together no matter what.

The 2nd Great War[]

To learn more about the Manberg vs Pogtopia War, click here.

Tubbo acted as a soldier during the Manberg vs Pogtopia war. One of the first soldiers to prepare, Tubbo geared himself out with an unenchanted netherite axe, crossbows that are specifically designed to shoot either arrows or rockets, and full enchanted netherite armor (except for the helmet). Tubbo geared himself out even more when Techno revealed his arsenal of potions, weapons, armor, and other equipment. Tubbo fought side-by-side with his comrades and allies, taking down the Manbergians and Dream's soldiers.

Betrayed[]

At the end of the war, Tubbo witnessed Wilbur's coronation for Tommy to become president, and then Tommy handing power to Wilbur, and finally being handed power himself. Tubbo wished for L'Manberg to become a strong and prosperous nation, but a peaceful nation. After his presidential speech he was greeted and congratulated by many of his fellow Pogtopians. However, when Technoblade came to congratulate Tubbo, Technoblade opened fire on Tubbo, mortally wounding him. Tubbo was shocked by this action and was slow to get back into L'Manberg, missing most of the action, like Wilbur blowing L'Manberg to smithereens, Technoblade summoning withers, and Philza joining in and killing Wilbur.

The Tubbo Administration and reconstruction[]

Tubbo arrived back at L'Manberg but was confronted by Technoblade. Tubbo took another shot, hurting him more. Tubbo, trying to be like Wilbur before corruption, displayed strong charisma and words, a powerful move that showed words were as powerful as weapons. Tubbo left Technoblade in sadness, disgust, and anger, saddened by what he had became, disgusted by his actions, and angered at what he did to historical monuments of their country.

Tubbo and the New L'Manbergians gathered at the L'Mantree. Players who wanted in were Tommy, Purpled, Eret, Fundy, Nihachu, Quackity, Karl, Jack Manifold, and Philza. Tubbo named his cabinet; the Vice President would be Tommy, Fundy would be the foreman, Quackity would be the Secretary of State, Karl would be the Creative Head Director, and Niki would become Secretary of Treasury. Eret, Purpled, Jack Manifold and Philza would become citizens, with CaptainPuffy later joining them.

The next day, Tubbo immediately began reconstruction by purchasing 3 sets of diamond tools from his villagers at the jungle base. Tubbo distributed the tools to the men that needed them and began to tear down the annoying rubble. Tubbo constructed a stage/podium that would be used for multiple purposes; whether it be used for recreation, formal purposes, or announcements. Tubbo granted land just west of the multipurpose podium to members of his cabinet and Wilbur, who returned from the dead as an immortal ghost. Ghostbur seemed to have left behind his radical ideals and has taken up the ideals that Tubbo has: to remain at peace.

However, Tubbo's ideals of peace may be detrimental to the country's safety. He disbanded the military that L'Manberg formerly had, prohibiting any type of armor in the Capitol. Tubbo also created the MAD policy, or Mutually Assured Destruction. He made it so that destructive weapons like flint and steel, lava, TNT, and end crystals were not to be used within Capitol grounds.

Tubbo, as president, continued his old antics; stealing from others. His adoptive father criticized Tubbo for committing such crimes, even going as far as saying that he would side with Technoblade if Tubbo wouldn't become a good role model for the citizens of the nation.

The exile[]

On the day of the exile, Tubbo seemed uncertain about his decisions to make and looked towards his cabinet for advice, who simply said it was overall his choice to make. When Tommy logged on, he spewed out a plan to bring Techno by their side by convincing him Dream would be a bigger threat to solve, and when it's all over, they would betray Techno. Quackity and Fundy seemed to follow through, and anticipated Tubbo to agree. However, Tubbo second-guessed himself during the time it arrived, and decided that it would be best if Tommy were exiled. Quackity and Fundy, both enraged, demanded for an explanation, with Tubbo yelling back at them for underestimating his leadership.

Dream is happy with Tubbo's decision, and held up his end of the deal. The obsidian walls were removed over the course of a few days. Dream recognized L'Manberg as a country, and has allowed Tubbo to draft up his own borders.

A few days into Tommy's exiled, Tubbo met up with Ghostbur, who showed him Logstedshire and Tommy's tent. Tubbo admitted how much he regrets having exiled Tommy. He still believes Tommy was dangerous for the country, but misses him. Ghostbur, still thinking the exile is a vacation, told him that the longer Tommy stays away, the better the reunion will be. After returning to L'Manberg, Ghostbur gave him a compass pointing to Tommy's tent named "Your Tommy", matching Tommy's "Your Tubbo" compass. Tubbo ran into Dream, and discussed Tommy potentially being given visitation to L'Manberg. Tubbo stared at the compass when Ghostbur first gave it to him, and while discussing Tommy with Dream. Since then, Tubbo frequently holds it in his off hand. He told Ranboo that he plans on keeping it on him at all times.

On another stream, Tubbo watched Tommy in his exile, and fled each time someone noticed him. Tubbo was holding the compass that Wilbur had given him. However, this was later proven to be a hallucination by Tommy when Tubbo said he has never visited Tommy and hasn't seen him since he was exiled.[4]

After joining Quackity, Fundy, and Ranboo as a part of the dubbed "Butcher Army" made to hunt down Technoblade for him to pay for his war crimes the month before. They sacked Philza's house and stole the compass that Techno gave him, and Tubbo put Phil under house arrest for disobeying his orders. They ended up taking Technoblade as their prisoner, and took him with them under the threat that he didn't listen to their demands, his precious horse known as Carl would be killed by Quackity. Though they told Techno that he would have a fair trial, it was quickly revealed that there was no trial and they simply intended to kill him through any means necessary. As they tried to execute Technoblade, Punz interfered causing a failure in the execution of Technoblade leading him to escape. Phil openly mocked the Butcher Army for failing, and Tubbo, enraged, opened fire upon his own country's citizen.

First failed visit[]

In the aftermath, Tubbo finally ran to Logstedshire to visit Tommy, exhilarated, only to find it demolished. In shock, he looks for the remains of Logstedshire, and discovers an exceedingly high pillar. Connecting the strings, Tubbo leads to the conclusion that Tommy committed suicide from jumping off the pillar. Speechless, Tubbo meekly says, "Surely not." before the screen turns completely dark. Shortly after, he tweeted that Tommy should have a funeral.[5]

I need to speak to Tommy. I need to see Tommy. I miss Tommy. I need to see him. I need to see him...I'm sure he misses me as much as I do him.

—Tubbo

Hostage situation[]

On December 27, Tommy and Techno took ConnorEatsPants hostage, intending to use him as leverage to reclaim some of Techno's gear which was stolen during the execution. Ranboo spoke with them, and they agreed to negotiate directly to the president Tubbo. When Tubbo saw Tommy, he was in shock. Tubbo previously thought Tommy was dead, and asked, "How?" He walked closer to Tommy, in confusion.

You're...alive?

—Tubbo

He was astounded to see Tommy alive, and didn't understand the partnership between Tommy and Techno. Tommy spat at Tubbo, saying he didn't visit him once during his time in Logstedshire, and how he never arrived to the beach party. Tubbo yelled in protest, saying that he had visited but Tommy was absent, and that he never received an invitation to the party in the first place. Neither of them knew that Dream prevented Ghostbur from passing out the invitations. Techno brushed them aside and said that he needed his items back. He was willing to receive a few of his items in return for Connor, but acknowledged that Connor wasn't a citizen of L'manberg and was a pretty poor choice of a hostage. Techno requested for trident, to which Tommy suddenly blurted, "Didn't you try and execute [Technoblade]?" When Tubbo muttered a maybe, Techno pointed to the execution stage still standing in the center of the town. Tommy cried out in disgust, calling him a monster. Tubbo realized that the trident was in Fundy's possession, so instead they handed back Technoblade's Rocket Launcher and Pickaxe, Techno drill. When the trade finished, Tommy started to run back, but he and Tubbo shared one last stare and a wave goodbye.

Second Festival[]

After their failed attempt at executing Techno, Tubbo and his cabinet constructed a plan to kill Dream. They planned to have a festival which they would say was to celebrate their friendship with Dream, but really it was a plot to kill him. On the 5th of January, the festival took place. Tubbo expressed his doubts and fears to Ranboo before the festivities began, saying that this felt like history repeating itself and asking for Ranboo's opinion on whether or not they were making the right decision. Ranboo said he thought they were making the right call before Fundy joined the call.

The cabinet held a meeting to discuss what was going to happen, and Quackity told Tubbo that he wanted him to be the one to kill Dream. Tubbo accepted and told him that if he failed to do this, L'Manberg would be his. Tubbo gave a brief speech that heralded the start of the festival, and they all played games that Ranboo and Fundy made. While everyone else was having fun, Tubbo and Quackity spoke to each other about Dream's answers and wondered if he would actually show up. After a while, Dream messaged Tubbo and told him that he would be late.

When Dream arrived, the cabinet saw him building obsidian walls around the nation again. Dream told them that Tommy fucked up and led them to a destroyed community house, which he claimed Tommy was responsible for. In utter disbelief, Tubbo asked how L'Manberg was associated with this, and Dream replied that as long as Tubbo had one of Tommy's discs, they would be affiliated. Tubbo tried to reason with Dream, but he demanded Tubbo hand over the disc; Tubbo immediately folded to the threat and prepared to give the disc away. Tommy, who was watching secretly, interrupted along with Technoblade. Tommy said that he wasn't responsible for the destruction of the community house, and demanded Tubbo not to give Dream the disc. In response, Tubbo said, "You've literally proven time and time again that you can't be trusted!". Tommy then called Tubbo a "shit friend". The two bickered, and Tubbo opened his Ender Chest and held his disc. Tommy told Tubbo that he was the one who betrayed him and Tubbo fired back that he betrayed everything he had built first. The two former friends began to fight.

Their fight came to a stop when Tommy yelled, "Tubbo, the discs were worth more than you ever were!". After this sentence, they both froze as the weight of those words sank in. Tommy asked Tubbo to give Dream the disc, and Tubbo did so. Technoblade advised Tommy that they could still get out of there together, but Tommy replied that he was on Tubbo's side, betraying Technoblade.

Dream proceeded to mock Tubbo on his decision, calling him a terrible president. According to Dream, Tubbo gets pushed around by everyone, and he gave Dream the one thing he needed to destroy L'Manberg as he didn't care about anything else. In the middle of this mocking, Dream called out Ranboo as a traitor, revealing Ranboo's memory book which showed his visits to Techno's cabin. Tubbo, defeated and shocked, agreed that he was a horrible president.

Dream then asked Techno if he wished to team up to destroy L'Manberg, to which Techno readily accepted. He gave Tubbo 24 hours until his country's death, and left.

Aftermath[]

After Dream and Techno left, Tubbo immediately pardoned Tommy and lifted his exile, and allowed him to take charge despite suspecting him of terrorist attacks. They made chests that they were to fill up with supplies and gear to prepare for the war. A few people criticized their actions: many people felt as though defending against Techno and Dream, two incredibly powerful military fighters, was hopeless regardless of their numbers; many others hated Tommy and felt insulted that Tubbo let him come back after causing so much trouble. Tubbo and Tommy spoke in private for a moment, as each struggled to find the right words to say. Tommy said that he couldn't do this right now and that they would speak tomorrow. Despite setting up war chests, Tubbo chose not to do any preparations himself, greedily hoarding his stash of enough diamonds to equip everyone and eight netherite ingots to himself. In fact, JackManifoldTV gave Tubbo five netherite scraps, which Tubbo immediately stuffed into his ender chest for his own personal gain.

In private, Quackity told Tubbo that he wanted to execute Ranboo for being a traitor. In response, Tubbo yelled at Quackity, and pointed out that this was history repeating itself, remembering the steps leading up to his own death. Quackity then told him that the nation required order, and asked Tubbo to think about what Dream told him; if Quackity had his way, the nation would enter an age of "law and order". Quackity threatened to leave L'Manberg for good, arguing that he couldn't commit treason if he's out of L'Manberg; however, Tubbo knew this to be a bluff. They wished each other good luck for preparations and returned to the others.

Tubbo joined back to the others arguing over whether they should fight. After they finished without any clear victor, he gave a speech, saying that he was glad to see everyone working together and that it meant a lot for him to see everyone stand side by side despite their differences in stances. Unfortunately, this reassurance did nothing to calm those who doubted him, and many later would leave the defense. He then said that he assumed everyone knew their role, but then left; many of the defenders, left without a clear direction, left soon after him, leaving their war chests empty. Tubbo returned in the hour before the war started to a sabotaged supply room, a greatly diminished army, and no concrete plans for defense.

Doomsday War[]

When the Anarchists arrived in L'Manberg, Tubbo was not at all prepared and did not have time to prepare his defenders for war. When Tubbo went to meet a waiting Techno and Dream in L'Manberg, he found Techno surrounded by the Hound Army. Failing to recognize the implications, Tubbo fired a shot at Techno before his troops were ready; because of this, the war dogs quickly overwhelmed the defenders and Techno was able to kill three of them, including Tubbo, before they had a chance to push back. Tubbo spent much of the remainder of the war in a state of panic, and failed to effectively deal with any of the threats the Anarchists put forth. In the middle of the battle, Techno and Tommy argued with each other, Tommy having betrayed Techno the previous day. In rage, Techno fired a rocket at the child he once called a friend. Tubbo desperately leapt between the missile and the target, but the explosion killed both of the child soldiers. Niki burned down the last symbol of hope - the L'Mantree. As Dream finished rigging up his TNT machines and the bombs fell, Tubbo stared at the destruction, and knew that he had failed his country for the last time.

Onward[]

Seeing L'Manberg as unrevivable, Tubbo decided to run away from his failed country to build a village and escape his past. He moved to a snowy biome, where he built a home and planned other creations, naming the settlement Snowchester. He was discovered by Tommy, who complimented it.

Name Notes
Archivo:Music Disc Stal.png Stal
A disc that Lani, Tubbo's sister, got from Dream when she was playing on the Dream SMP on his account. It's currently kept in Tubbo's enderchest. As of now, it's the first and only Stal disc on the server. Because of that, it's been appropriately named "1st Stal" with an anvil.
Mellohi is one of the first discs of the SMP. This disc had a lot of involvements in wars like The Disc Saga, The Railway Skirmish, and others. Tommy traded this disc to Dream for the independence of L'Manberg during the Dream Team SMP vs L'Manberg War. Eventually, the disc came into Tubbo's possession as a sign of trust from Tommy. However, during the second festival, Dream manipulated Tubbo into giving him the Mellohi disc after claiming Tommy had blown up the Community House.
Archivo:Lodestone Compass JE1.gif Your Tommy
A compass given to Tubbo as a gift from Ghostbur. It tracks Tommy, or, more specifically, Tommy's tent near Logstedshire. Tommy has a matching one named "Your Tubbo" pointing at Tubbo's White House. Tubbo lost the compass in a Charged Creeper explosion, and hopes to get another one from Ghostbur. Fundy made him a new one, but Tubbo said "it wasn't the same". Tubbo suspects that Fundy stole the compass, but there is no proof pointing at this, and is most likely just Tubbo hoping the compass isn't broken.
Enchanted Crossbow DEFINITELY NOT PENIS
This crossbow, originally belonging to Dream, was first lent to Jschlatt after the Presidential Rally to be used to kill Tommy and Wilbur Soot.

It was then given to Tommy after he and Wilbur were kicked out of Manberg and created Pogtopia. Dream gave him multiple items including this crossbow to help with the fight against Schlatt.

During the Manberg Festival, Tommy brought it with him and when he was killed, and was taken from him by an unknown person who put it in a random chest. Eret then found the crossbow, and Eret planned to give it back to Tommy as an act of trust.

Before the Manberg-Pogtopian War, Eret returned the crossbow to Tommy, which he used to fight during the main battle of the war.

During the chaos after the Manberg vs. Pogtopia war, Tommy lost the crossbow and it came into the hands of Philza. Phil then returned it to Tommy the next day.

Tubbo stated he is unsure how he came into possession of the crossbow, but it was in his secret barrel on his December 21st stream. It is currently inside his Enderchest.

Bee Spins Deceased Tubbo's old house Gifted to Tubbo by Punz.

He was killed due to Tommy giving him a "high five", causing the bee to sting him and die. The death of Spins resulted in Tubbo being so mad that he decided to grief Tommy's base. In retaliation, Tommy burned down Tubbo's house. This conflict led to a battle that lasted several hours and resulted in Tommy being cornered by Tubbo and others in front of Tubbo's house after Tommy had been chased out of the greater spawn region and subsequently returned. After the conflict ended, Dream and Sapnap helped Tubbo repair the house.

Bee Spunz Deceased Gifted to Tubbo by Punz after Spins died. Killed by Sapnap.
Archivo:Pufferfish Item.png Phukkit Alive Tommy's ender chest Originally Tubbo's pet. Was thought to be eaten by Fundy, but the real one was actually in possession of Eret. Eret returned Phukkit to Tubbo, who gifted Phukkit to Tommy September 22.
Tamed Wolf Red Dog Army Alive Tubbo's dock Started as a bit "Dogs on Drugs" aka "Operation: DOD".

One was accidentally killed by Tommy.

Spots Alive Spots is one of Tubbo and Techno's horses. Tubbo primarily rides Spots.
Percy Alive Percy is the second of Tubbo and Techno's horses. Percy is the horse used mainly by Techno.
Archivo:Fox.png Squeeks Deceased BSA L'Manberg Embassy Squeeks was given to Tubbo by Punz after Niki's fox, Mushroom, died, the fox having been originally intended for Niki. Later, Sapnap wanted to take Squeeks and treat him abusively, and he almost did, but Dream, Fundy, Niki and Tubbo stopped Squeeks from being killed in the Squeeks Conflict.

Was assumed to be dead after Doomsday, but was actually rescued by Ranboo who delivered him to Tubbo and Tommy's house.

Squeeks was killed after being blown up by a creeper, whilst Tubbo was transporting him to Snowchester.

Bee BeeInnit Assumed Deceased Philza's House BeeInnit is a bee given to Tubbo by CaptainPuffy, Fundy, and Ranboo as a birthday gift. Ranboo captured the bee, then Fundy named it BeeInnit and finally Captain Puffy made the gift to put it inside. Can be assumed dead after Doomsday.

Relationships[]

Relationships with members
Name Status Notes
Dreamskin Dream Relationship VeryNegative LargePixelArt Negative Dream and Tubbo have had a complicated relationship, getting along before fighting against each other in wars several times. Dream helped him rebuild his house in the Disc war, for example. After the Manberg vs Pogtopia war, Dream had some respect for Tubbo's leadership.

When Tommy griefed George's house, Dream wrapped L'Manberg in obsidian walls. Dream pushed Tubbo to exile Tommy. Tubbo tried to find a less severe punishment, but Tommy's attempt to force Dream to take down the walls with no punishment caused Dream to threaten Tubbo with building the walls up to the block limit. Tubbo ultimately made the decision to exile Tommy, greatly pleasing Dream.

Tubbo deeply regrets exiling Tommy, and misses him. This puts him at odds with Dream's goals, as Dream wants Tubbo to believe that L'Manberg is better without Tommy, and that Tubbo was completely right for exiling him. He praises his leadership, and treats L'Manberg much better than he ever has.

After Dream assisted Technoblade on December 16th, Tubbo was angered and made plans to organize a festival similar to the Manberg Festival. The festival would seemingly be to celebrate friendship, but Tubbo and his cabinet were secretly plotting to murder Dream at the event.

Dream showed up late to the festival and started rebuilding the obsidian walls around L'Manberg. When asked why, he led everyone to the remains of the Community House, blaming the damages on Tommy. He demanded Mellohi from Tubbo but was interrupted by Tommy. After Tommy told Tubbo to give back the disc, he heavily insulted Tubbo, calling him an idiot, and saying he was the worst president L'Manberg ever had.

Eretkingskin Eret Relationship VeryPositive LargePixelArt Positive Tubbo, after Eret's betrayal, was very suspicious of Eret. He was terrified of the man, however; after some talking, Tubbo and Eret became friends again, with Niki now a part of their trio. Nicknamed "TEN" (Tubbo, Eret, Niki), they're usually pretty happy and are seen as siblings.
Fundyskin Fundy Archivo:Relationship Neutral HD.png Neutral Tubbo and Fundy have been allies and friends for a very long time. After the grand war Fundy became one of his cabinet members. They also created a ritual called dreamon hunting. However, Fundy destroyed all of the supplies for L'Manburg and refused to fight in the battle.
Ghostwilbur Ghostbur Archivo:Relationship Neutral HD.png Neutral Ghostbur has criticized Tubbo's presidency and leadership skills, quoted saying, "You haven't changed at all, have you Tubbo?" He seems to be critical of Tubbo's handling of L'Manberg, with Tubbo breaking L'Manberg rules, like the no armour policy, and Tubbo creating cages in L'Manberg. He is starting to believe that Tubbo is becoming a "bad guy". Tubbo has allowed Ghostbur to live in L'Manberg. Ghostbur has told Tubbo that he's the best president L'Manberg's had, but this opinion seems to be changing, with Ghostbur thinking Alivebur was a better president than Tubbo.
Thunderskin Jack Manifold Relationship VeryPositive LargePixelArt Positive Tubbo regards Jack as an extremely close friend, and even invites him to live with him in Snowchester. Jack also seems to regard Tubbo as a close friend but is actually a double agent for Niki, to get revenge at Tommy.
Jschlattskin Schlatt Archivo:Relationship SlightlyNegative LargePixelArt.png Neutral/Negative Tubbo did have a neutral opinion on Schlatt during his time under him, even if he was treated badly. He seemed to be happy as his right hand man, even as he was working for Pogtopia's cause. However, after being outed as a double agent, Tubbo came to the realization that he was never on Schlatt's good side, and his once tentative happiness was tainted when he came on the receiving end of Schlatt's tyranny.

Tubbo stated that he wanted to see and talk to Schlatt again while building Snowchester.

Nihachuskin Niki Archivo:Relationship SlightlyNegative LargePixelArt.png Neutral/Negative Niki and Tubbo have always had a sibling like relationship and trusted eachother with their lives. However, once Niki announced she had burned down the L'Mantree their relationship probably worsened due to her betraying his country like how they betrayed her numerous times.
Punzskin Punz Relationship SlightlyPositive LargePixelArt Neutral/Positive During the earlier days of the SMP, Tubbo and Punz got along really well. Punz gifted bees to Tubbo, and at one point said that he’d join conflicts for him as he was his friend.

Though they don’t interact much nowadays, Tubbo speaks really highly of Punz. He has said that he was "a cool guy" and still respects him, even pretty recently saying that Punz was “such a gentleman”. Before his position in Manberg vs Pogtopia War, Tubbo said that Punz was powerful enough to actually make a difference in the coming battle.

Punz hasn’t really displayed much of his opinions on Tubbo other than his statement in his war video, where he said that he disapproved of Sapnap and Dream killing Tubbo at his jungle base back in the Dream Team SMP vs. L’Manberg War. In addition, Punz had given Tubbo materials in the Manberg Rebellion, even offering help (though in the end he ultimately fought with Dream).

Philzaskin Philza Relationship VeryNegative LargePixelArt Negative Phil is Tubbo's adoptive father. According to Wilbur, he and Phil found him on the side of the road and took him in. The two get along rather well with Phil complimenting Tubbo's presidency.

Tubbo, with the Butcher Army, invaded Phil's house and threatened him for the location of Technoblade's house. Phil, however, stood his ground and refused to divulge details. Tubbo discovered a compass leading to Techno's house in Phil's possession and stole it, placing Phil on house arrest for treason.

Their relationship was significantly tarnished further in Doomsday War when L'Manberg found out Philza was also on Dream and Techno's side to unleash multiple withers.

Technobladeskin Technoblade Relationship VeryNegative LargePixelArt Negative Techno and Tubbo were both Pogtopian, so Technoblade and Tubbo have interacted a little bit, with the two farming for Totems of Undying together. However, during the Festival, Techno killed Tubbo on orders of Schlatt despite being reassured that Techno was on their side, leading Tubbo to distrust him more than he did before, although he claimed he forgave him when asked by Wilbur. This assassination was a traumatic event for Tubbo, and may have contributed to his negative development.

Tubbo showed subsequent concern about Techno's loyalty regarding his destruction of the detonation button. Despite Technoblade destroying L'Manberg, Tubbo originally did not want to go to war against Technoblade and said that he has respect for Technoblade sticking to what he believes is right.

Later, however, Quackity formed the "Butcher Army" with the goal to kill Technoblade, which Tubbo joined. They hunted Technoblade and brought him to New L'Manberg for a public execution as both punishment for his crimes against the country and as revenge for Tubbo's own execution. Although Techno survived the attempt, any chance at good relations between Techno and Tubbo are nonexistent, especially due to Techno's nature as an anarchist and Tubbo's status as president.

Tommyskin Tommy Relationship VeryPositive LargePixelArtVery Positive Tubbo is Tommy's younger adopted brother. Although Tommy teases Tubbo, he is Tubbo's number one companion and closest friend, often mentioning that they talk everyday and have been friends for two years. Tubbo has stated multiple times that Tommy is his best friend. Tubbo and Tommy fought alongside each other during the Disc Wars, L'Manberg war, and the Manberg Rebellion. The duo was seen always with each other before they were forced apart. After the Schlatt Administration, Tubbo and Tommy were separated. The two often show remorse for not being able to see each other as often. Despite Tommy calling Tubbo "clingy", they were good friends, even debating running away from all the war happening over in the main regions of the SMP.

After the destruction of L'Manberg by Wilbur and Technoblade, Tommy gave Tubbo one of his discs to reaffirm their loyalty to one another. The two often sat on the bench outside Tommy's house to regroup and listen to one of Tommy's discs. After Tommy robbed GeorgeNotFound's house, their friendship became very tense. They found themselves at real odds for the first time, as Tubbo realized that all Tommy cared about is his discs, and that Dream will do anything to prevent Tommy from having his discs. Tubbo was given an ultimatum by Dream; exile Tommy, or have all of L'Manberg pay the price. Tubbo was conflicted over what to do, as he was trying to do his best for Tommy, but Tommy kept running his mouth and driving them deeper into consequences.

On December 4th, Tubbo exiled Tommy despite not wanting to do so, souring their relationship. Although they're on strained terms, they both wish for their relationship to be mended together again. Tubbo has attempted multiple times to pitch the idea of allowing Tommy back in after a few weeks, to which Dream responded very doubtfully.

After Tommy's exile, Ghostbur gave Tubbo a compass labelled "Your Tommy" that always pointed to Logstedshire, Tommy's current location. Tubbo always kept the compass in his offhand and mentioned how it was his most precious item on the server, showing that Tommy was clearly still very important to him. He also carried around a picture of Tommy's face for a while, taken from the middle of one of the picture maps that showed a screenshot of Tommy's infamous "Jump in the Cadillac" video. When the compass was lost in a Creeper explosion, he was very upset.

After Technoblade's trial on December 16th, Tubbo went to visit Tommy, only to find the blown-up remains of Logstedshire and the pillar Tommy had built, resulting in Tubbo ending his stream, believing Tommy to be dead and tweeting "We need to have a funeral." shortly after.[6]

Tubbo believes Tommy was the person who blew up the Community House. When Tubbo was about to hand over the Mellohi disk, Tommy stepped in, refusing to let him. The two brawled it out, ending with Tommy insulting Tubbo, saying the disks were worth more than he ever was, making the two fall silent. Tommy realized he was becoming the person he didn't want to be and told Tubbo to give the disks to Dream. The two, along with the server, teamed up to defeat Dream and Technoblade, and whoever was alongside them. Tommy was let out of his exile, allowing him to stay in L'Manberg for the time being.

Even now after they've made up, their friendship doesn't seem to be as strong as it used to be, though it does seem to be steadily getting better.

When asked by Jack Manifold what his and Tommy's relationship was like after quote; "all the shit that went down", Tubbo gave a somewhat blunt answer of 'yeah we're good'. Jack asked Tubbo to elaborate, specifically if he would die for Tommy, to which Tubbo answered it doesn't matter. Tubbo then pointed out that he and Tommy were planning on fighting Dream together.

Wilburskin Wilbur Relationship VeryNegative LargePixelArt Negative Wilbur is Tubbo's older adopted brother. Tubbo worked under Wilbur's command during the L'Manberg war. He looks up to Wilbur, following his every command. When Wilbur mentioned to Tubbo that he was blowing up Manberg, Tubbo followed his orders without question. Tommy's friendship, however, is much more important to him, as he said "I haven't forgotten what Tommy said." Since Wilbur's villain arc, Tubbo has been much more uncomfortable around Wilbur, and after the festival, Tubbo took Tommy's side.

After the second great war, Wilbur nominated Tubbo to be the next president of L'Manberg. This however, was a sham, as it was a distraction for Wilbur to blow up the new nation. Wilbur then mocked Tubbo, saying that he was a president of a crater.

Just a little bit furry, so smooth, so very smooth, so relaxed, so slow, so gentle. [...] Like a peach, they are smooth, fuzzy peach, not to be confused with hairy. Or maybe fuzzy and hairy? Maybe.. we can combine them? If we mix the fur and the fuzz, we get elongated fur-fuzz. Now, you might feel worried. [...] Don’t even think about confusing those peaches with hairy. Hairy is what you would call your head. You would not.. call a smooth, fuzzy peach hairy. [...] I’d compare loveliness to the smoothness and the fuzziness of a peach.”
