What happened that made more people hate him?

Basically him and quackity teamed up to trap techno in jail, but people are being annoying and kinda rude saying they hate sam so much when quackity was legit the guy who organized the whole thing-

My take was "I can't support Sam or his actions taken as Warden, but they are consistent, understandable, and justifiable from a government bootlicker's POV". Unfortunately that kinda fell apart here when he just jailed a guy because he might do something later with no due process at all. Dude's officially corrupted beyond justice let's gooooooo
