((Yes, the AU I've been working on is finally ready lol))

The day was April 25th, 2021. This day was known as the Red Banquet, but now it is known as Doomsday. Everything had been going as expected, until BadBoyHalo filled the walls with lava, trapping the guests inside. Bad’s plan (along with Ponk, Antfrost, and Hannah) was to trap the innocent people so a sacrifice could be made to the Egg.

You see, the Egg requires energy in order to survive, much like any life form. However, unlike most other life forms, it requires people to be sacrificed near it in order to gain that energy. Bad had decided to feed Eret to the Egg, as he had grown annoyed with him.

However, before they were able to kill Eret, Foolish had made an impulsive decision to step in and threaten to hurt the Egg. He had planned to do this with lightning, as he had done before. However, it was ineffective against the Egg, and Foolish had been sacrificed instead of Eret.

At least, that’s what happened, in another universe. In that universe, Foolish had been killed, and Bad, Ponk, Antfrost, as well as Hannah, had fled from the scene, and the Egg’s influence over them had faded. However, one simple lightning strike made all the difference in the world.

When Foolish had channeled his lightning powers, it was effective, and it had struck the Egg’s outside shell. Despite its immunity to the affects of TNT, it had not been able to learn to defend itself against electricity. The shell had cracked open, and out from within it, a mysterious green substance had spilled out.

The guests had just stared at what had just occurred, in utter shock. Suddenly, Bad started getting super anxious and super nervous. He panicked, he yelled, but no one was listening to his warnings, a perfectly understandable choice, but an unfortunate one, to say the least.

The mysterious substance suddenly started to rapidly melt, and quickly evaporated. Bad had then got more worried than he had ever been, and pushed a few of the guests out of the way, hoping the gas wouldn’t go near them. However, his efforts had only worked for Foolish, Niki, and Puffy. The rest of the guests had managed to breathe in the gas, and immediately all of them convulsed on the floor, and their eyes had all gone white.

Shortly after, Quackity had dug through the wall, to find several dead bodies, and green gas all over the room. He quickly panicked and headed back through the tunnels. Technoblade was confused why he was running back the other way, but while the two were bickering over pointless things, the green gas had leaked into their tunnel system, and Techno quickly realized they needed to run for their lives. So that’s what they did. Unfortunately, Purpled wasn’t warned of it, and accidently walked in.

Ranboo, who had been in an Enderwalking state, witnessed what had happened, and quickly escaped to head to his bunker.
