SLM-9808 Slimecicle seems to be handling SE-57473 and OV-57473 well.
SEs are trials of experiments in which the subject is tested to change the form of their self. This can include shifting for the Shapeshifter subjects, "ghosting" for the Phantom subjects, or dimension hopping for the Portaler subjects.
Slimecicle is the only recorded case of SLM, with the unique ability of changing the shape and/or state of this body at will. His body is officially composed of non-Newtonian fluids, but most of the time he bends it to be physical and solid.
OVs are trials which require the subject to change the shape/state/form of surrounding objects, sometimes people. This includes Brumalize for the Glacier subjects, Liquify for the Blaze subjects, or in a rarer case, a non-physical way of changing reality, such as Manipulate for Intriguer subjects.
Slimecicle was first tested using water. He couldn't change the water's state instinctively, and there was a bit of struggling. But soon, he was able to freeze the water. Interestingly, the air in the room stayed around the same temperature on average, so he did not use icing powers like Glacier subjects. I'm guessing he is able to reach out to individual molecules and slow them down.
Slimecicle is progressing well. On another note, soon he will be ready, and I won't stop him.

The small room was brightened by crisp white lights overhead, the kind in a science laboratory. There was nothing else to compare it to since a laboratory was the only place Slimecicle has been.
Slimecicle sat in his containment chamber, idly twirling his fingers at the table. A sloshing sound could be heard, and in a swirl of seafoam-green smoke, pale silver water splashed to the ground, a solid table gone. Slimecicle grinned and brushed his fingers through the water. The liquid rose into a shimmery gray cloud of mist.
There was a knock on his door.
Slimecicle swiftly changed the mist-table back into a solid shape. No one ever visited him at this hour. Quickly he soundlessly shuffled over to the window where he pretended he was stargazing. "Come in?"
Doctor Charlie Harmone slipped in quietly. Slimecicle acted like he didn't know Charlie's footsteps, didn't know xyr way of closing the door silently no matter what, and didn't recognize the presence of his best friend.
The moon was a thin silvery splinter. A thread of light and beauty over the darkness of a sleeping city. The moon gave Slimecicle hope; even if just a tiny sliver, he would hold on to it until it was too late.
Some might call him a lunatic, some might call him a fool.
Slimecicle called himself a believer.
"Waning moon tonight. Beautiful, huh?"
Slimecicle didn't reply to Charlie.
"Someone's in a bad mood tonight," Charlie joked, trying to spark a conversation.
"Charlie, where am I from?"
Charlie paused. "I don't know. Like I said before, Doctor Eryn found a slime in a box in his garden, and it developed into you."
"Where was the slime from?"
"I'm sorry Slimecicle, I don't know." Charlie paused. "I need to ask something."
"Sure?"
"Do you like it here?"
"Here where?" Slimecicle was confused. Do I like it here? Here as in, in a laboratory as an experiment? Or here, as in my contamination chamber with Charlie?
"In this lab. As an experiment." Charlie's gaze was serious. This was a very serious situation.
"Oh. I don't know."
"Would you like to be free? Would you like to live as a normal human, outside?"
Free. Outside.
The word tugged at Slimecicle. There was a sudden tightness in his body as he whispered, guiltily but full of hope, "yes."
"Great. Let's go." Charlie tugged on Slime's sleeve, pulling him towards the door.
