Why so shiny?

Oh AU George, my baby, my magnum opus, the first thing that blew up on this wiki.(LONG POST)(this is about c George if it wasn’t obvious)

Now I don’t know if you guys REMEMBER him. Because like a lot of the people who knew him are I’m pretty sure inactive. But he looked like this :

And the first post I made of him got like a lot of attention I remember, and two people DREW HIM! It was insane to young me. The art I made of him at the time were some of my favorite pieces, and still are today.

Before y’all NEW FANS come at me like “but he looks like a normal mushroom fairy George design” LET ME EXPLAIN why he’s unique.

For one, George was a pixie. But he was specifically a certain kind that can be human sized AND tiny sized depending on how he feels. Most pixies can’t grow bigger like George can. That’s mostly due to the fact that he’s a king. Kings have the ability to use mushroom powers, change sizes, summon other pixies, and more.

Also pixies and bee hybrids(the hybrid Tubbo in origins is) r very similar in the sense where they both have kings/queens, then normal workers/pixies. Bees are a bit different though as they have drones.

Mushroom powers consist of zombification( he can make people basically turn into mushroom zombies), killing people via greenery(stabbing people with vines, turning them into trees ykyk), and ofc the classic making flowers and mushrooms grow ofc.

Now ik your thinking, OMG George is literally a level 300 boss. And you’re kinda right, but also wrong because he does have downsides. For one George has bits of moss and mushrooms on him. Every pixie does, but if he grows to depressed and sad he can easily be covered in mushrooms, moss, and even STONE until he basically turns into a sculpture.

Two if he over does himself he can die(alt ending where George stops Dream from killing Nora, using all of his power to encase Dream in vines. Because George is already very weak(in the process of turning into a sculpture and extremely underweight) he dies). He could still die even if fully healthy, as using his powers too much can cause issues.

(also a little add on, Pixies need to be in bright environments with lots of greens. Gloomy areas or places without plants/trees AT ALL can make them bodily(and at some point in the mind) depressed)

So it’s not completely unbelievable that Dream was able to enslave his ass. It was a slow process(slowly breaking George down) until he was able to keep George down in a cellar, even if George doesn’t get depressed himself the sad and gloomy environment can cause his body to slowly start the sculpture process. This causes him to not be to hungry, grow weaker, and basically fully summit to Dream. In canon ending Nora and The others find him after Dreams death fully encased in stone and greenery.

Also dnf in this au AINT REAL, George doesn’t like Dream back and was forced into a relationship.

George is such an interesting character, and some times I’m sad he’s a side character. Maybe I’ll do more with him one day.

Ah the ways of Villainy, they were so exhilarating yet also aggravating with all these pesky wannabe heroes running amuck. As Theseus burned through the abnormally large amount of strings coming straight for them, Yellowjacket began typing on a holographic pad on his forearm.

Soon, missiles came flying out of the pack on Yellowjacket’s back, Theseus ducking to let them through.

The hero blocked the first missile with massive layers of string, possibly being a different material than the ones first used, however he did not notice the second one, unable to stop it from grazing his backside.

“FOR THE LOVE OF-“ the hero began a tedious string of swears and curses, some even in languages long forgotten in the world.

“Man I have got to learn some of those one day..” Theseus mused as he postponed his fiery assault on the strings, focusing more on their getaway rather than his want to start riling the hero up. Yellowjacket grabbed Theseus’s collar and lifted him up into the air, noticeably with some trouble.

“Jesus Christ Toms what have you been eating lately?!!” Yellowjacket feebly groaned as he tried to keep him and Theseus upright, letting the villain mask drop for a moment. “AYE?!?! I’VE BEEN EATING PERFECTLY FINE AMOUNTS OF FOOD TUBS THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!” Theseus yelled, squirming around as if he was TRYING to make them fall.

As the two villains bicker, they nearly missed the flying lava-ball shot straight towards them. The two non verbally agreed to drop this topic until further notice, as the two awaited heroes arrive on the scene. For a proper explanation, these heroes worked under the famous “Smp Hero Society”, a facility that took young prodigy children and raised them to become life saving heroes, protecting the city of L’manberg from evil. This set of heroes were known specifically as “The Dream Team”, consisting of the Mindscape hero, 404, the Ember hero, Blaze, and the Control hero, Dream.

Gods did Theseus hate Dream with a passion. Always out and about around the city, hiding his face behind a mask, capturing villain after villain within no more than a couple of minutes. Sure, that left out lots of potential rivals for Theseus and Yellowjacket, it’s just that he hated, just HATED, the way Dream would deliver these defeats. He would always start with “Blah blah blah under arrest for many crimes against the Hero Society Blah blah blah” and then he’d end it with “You can be better Blah blah blah think of what you could do for your community after spending time in prison blah blah blah”, all that sentimental crap of the “I can fix them” trope.

Explanations aside, 404 and Blaze had arrived, and it was not looking good for the villain duo. The minimal aftershock of almost being shot right out of the air passed and now the two had began attacking mid air. While Yellowjacket began shooting his almost infinite amount of missiles at them, Theseus began booting up the gear made by Yellowjacket himself. The team of heroes began firing their own weapons at the villains. Blaze created a lava wall that burnt the missiles to a crisp, and 404 was beginning to try and get the villains down with a sleep inducing smoke that was created from his body.

Yellowjacket noticed this and pulled out a mask that he specifically made for this kind of occasion. “Theseus!! Masks!” He called to his partner, who immediately pulled out his own mask and the two placed them on their mouths. 404 scowled as he turned to tend to Dream’s weakened state. Blaze began to shot more lava at the pair, fueled by anger rather than justice. Yellowjacket, now somewhat used to Theseus’s weight, began to move more swiftly as he teased Blaze, angering him more. Blaze’s shots were getting more and more off centered as Yellowjacket continued to tease him, and as he did Theseus’s gear finally finished booting up, ready for use.

“Hey YJ, still up for plan Wings?” Theseus smirked up as he saw Yellowjacket’s wide grin.

“Let ‘er rip Theseus!!”

Theseus’s smirk grew bigger as he activated his gear, the machinery making his fire much more intense than normally. The fire shot them across the sky with force that made Theseus slightly sick. Seriously how does Yellowjacket fly this fast every day?? Yellowjacket laughed as they got away from the heroes, catching only a glimpse of Blaze’s beginning tantrum.

random hc i came up with just now: in canon, dream was the one to give george his glasses/goggles, which basically function like his irl colorblind goggles. it took months, nearly a year to find something, but once dream heard george lament about not being able to properly see a rainbow or the sunset, he was set on finding something. do the goggles work as perfectly as they do irl? no, he's still to some degree colorblind, but they still work.

flash forward a few years, dream is in prison, george has stopped wearing his goggles as much because "tHe MeMoRy Is ToO pAiNfUl" or whatever. xd questions his eyesight, to which george replies that he's colorblind. one snap later and goggles just like his old ones manifest into his hands. putting them on, they work so much better, every little color-related detail now visible. george remarks that someone else once gave him basically the exact same thing as a gift, to which xd laughs. "i'd think that these would be of better quality in comparison to whatever a mere mortal gave you."

and they are, they really are, but they weren't a culmination of a year's worth of questing and research. they weren't presented by a stupid, grinning dream with dirt in his hair and a singed hoodie. they weren't first put on with tears from both parties, hugs and smiles and sobs all happening at once in one beautiful moment.
