Locations on the SMP

So I don't know who to do so I'm just doing random headcanons and au facts

• Sam is not going to have a ghost when he dies (Gonna make a poll to see what deaths shall pass and what shall not)

• None of the revived characters that were revived canonicly have lost a life since well they were revived and idk how many lives they have

• I have multiple worlds on Minecraft dealing with multiple au locations and stuff like torture chanbets and Dream's base

• I made some Origins Smp stuff aswell ad a world that has the new 1.18 seed for it but it also includes Dsmp stuff like Fundy's stress bunker (Like Ranboo's Panic Room and his old bunker combined)

So... I haven't posted in a while. A lot is happening in my personal life, and I haven't found time to work on much, especially on Scatterbrained. Though I have been developing a little theory of mine, and, after literal hours of research on worldwide geography, I have come to the decisive conclusion of where the Dream SMP takes place.

The theory I have been developing is that the Dream SMP takes place in the far-flung future, with a post-apocalyptic Earth after some kind of nuclear event. This theory would explain the hybrid characters such as Ranboo, Technoblade, or Philza, who would be a result of generations of radiation affecting human and animal bodies. For Ranboo specifically, this could explain endermen, which would be a possible byproduct of intense radiation. This could also explain the egg.

Intense changes in the atmosphere could also cause some climate changes (which is why I'm bringing up this theory, as this would not make sense without it.)

This then raises the question; where does the Dream SMP take place?

It's likely the Dream SMP would be a little community that developed over centuries in a small abandoned land separated by geographic features. A little side note; every new member in the Dream SMP would be a traveller finding their way to the Dream SMP lands and deciding to stay there, making a living there.

The wide variety of biomes would be due to changes in climate due to atmospheric anomalies, just to give breathing space as Minecraft has different geographic rules than real life.

So, we have a few rules now. The Dream SMP has to be in:

>A land separated by geographic features

>The Dream SMP has a VERY small land area, at most 1000 kilometres. The Dream SMP might simply be a permanent settlement in an - in comparison - large island, which has developed over the centuries. So, we are looking for an island. I know the Minecraft world is gigantic, yet no permanent settlement by any Dream SMP member beyond about 3 IRL kilometres or so exists, meaning that beyond a few hundred kilometres we might as well just cut it off by then.

>The island has to have a good mix of climate and be nearly impossible yet not inconceivable to find and settle in.

>The island has to be, for the most part, grassland.

>It also has to be rather cold, as there are more snow lands than deserts in the Dream SMP.

This leaves us with these possibilities for where the Dream SMP could be:

-Jan Mayen, Norway

-Snares Islands, New Zealand

-Weddel Island, Falklands

-Isla de los Estados, Argentina

-Wollaston Islands, Chile

-Motu Maha, New Zealand

-Barents and Edge Island, Svalbard

-Suðuroy, Faroe Islands

-Guernsey, United Kingdom

-Ile Foch, French Southern and Antarctic Lands

Now, how could we possibly cut down this list to just one island? Well... we have a map of the Dream SMP. With this map, we could then cut down this list to just one island which matches the coastline. And after the long process of putting every island on that list's coastline against Eret's map of the Dream SMP... I have found the closest, almost exact match.

The islands that fit the map of the Dream SMP the closest include the Snares Islands, Weddel Island, Motu Maha, Wollaston, and Ile Foch. Yet the Snares Islands, Motu Maha, and Ile Foch lack a "Snowchester Island," leaving only Weddel and Wollaston Island. So I individually compared the coastlines of these two, using image editors to compare the islands... and found Wollaston Island to be the decisive victor. More specifically, the lands in Wollaston around the Alberto Sound.

To celebrate, here are some facts about the Wollaston Islands:

-The indigenous inhabitants are known as the Yahgan.

-Henry Foster, European "discoverer" of Wollaston Island named the islands after scientist William Hyde Wollaston.

-The islands were originally British but became occupied by Argentina and Chile.

-Though a treaty had given the lands to Chile, Argentina still occupied them for a long portion of the 20th century, yet were given to Chile after a few minor conflicts.

A: Community House (points lost for being blown up twice, other than that it’s epic), Eret’s fortress/tower (pretty big, extra points for foolish monument), Chess board (chess in Minecraft POG), Gingerbread house (not edible :( ), Haunted mansion (fits theme really well), L’Targay (LGBTQ+), Master Oogway shrine (who doesn’t worship him),

C: Area 51 (not much depth, but looks cool), The arena (good for what it is), Dreams original base (easily exposed to composter glitch), parkour tower (hardcore parkour), MLG water tower (good for practice I guess),

D: Cat made cafe (the setting isn’t good), Cool Gamerz night club (points for effort), Deal or no deal (just a standard building, points taken away for being burned down), Fundys secret base (not that secret tho), Hungry hungry hippos (childhood memories), Kareoke stage (why), Theater stage (epic failure),

E: Barrier block staircase/room (sadly, you can’t see it), dating house (it could be a lot better), Harry Potter house (reference saved this from f),

F: Connor Esports Estate Vol. 1 (a long name for a bad build, at least on the location page), The cuck shed (smallest build you can have pretty much), Dreams holiday resort (literally just a trap),

Tommy had multiple fears. He is afraid of lava, blackstone, plain biomes, and small spaces also known as claustrophobia. I will be explaining some of these fears. (NOTE: These are all theories)

Lava: During his exile in Logstedshire, Tommy would spend a LOT of time staring into the lava. Tommy only had 1 canon life left (it is unknown how many he has now after the resurrection) If he was to jump into the lava, he would die completely and become Ghost Innit

Blackstone: The Final Control Room was where Tommy, Wilbur, Tubbo, and Fundy all lost their first canon lives during the war for L’manbergian Independence. They were betrayed by their friend Eret in the room. The Final Control Room itself was made of blackstone. Tommy started to freak out when Techno led him to it while they were sneaking around near L’manberg. L’manberg’s old walls were made of blackstone as well.

Plains Biome: When Tommy was exiled, Dream left him at a plains biome far away from L’manberg and the SMP. During his time at Logstedshire, he was constantly manipulated and tortured by Dream. His stuff was blown up, he watched Mexican Dream die, and almost killed himself multiple times. When he was with Techno he had a panic attack when he came across the biome that led to Logstedshire.

Claustrophobia: This could come from multiple things. When he was killed in the Final Control Room, the Dream Team was hiding behind hidden doors in the walls. When a button was pressed, the doors opened letting them in. During this, the door out was closed and in a panic, they couldn’t breakthrough. The room itself was very small. Another reason could be Pogtopia. After losing the election, Schlatt exiled Tommy and Wilbur from L’manberg. The two then hid in a hill that led to a ravine. There, many bad things happened. Wilbur, who Tommy had looked up to as a brother figure/leader (possibly even hero) slowly turned into a villain, going insane over the thought of not having L’manberg. Tommy had overall bad experiences at Pogtopia, whose walls were pretty close together.

Yes. I know. Another short story. But I keep making them and I want to share them with you guys.

The Vault in the Mountain

The elevator slowly lowered below the ground. The darkness was broken by Dream’s glowing armor. Tubbo and Tommy stood there, defenseless and vulnerable. It was inevitable that one of them, if not both, wouldn’t make it out of the vault. Suddenly, they were blasted with light. Inside, was a gigantic hall, two gold platforms sat next to a large nether portal. The portal was whirring and whooshing, but no one came out of it. On the gold platforms were the two discs that were the reason for this all. Mellohi and Cat. No one said a word as the elevator finally reached the bottom. Tommy and Tubbo walked forward, in shock and awe. The vault was enormous and had another hallway with item frames along it. The only noises were their footsteps, the whirring of the portal, and the slight chuckles coming from Dream. This was it, checkmate. Dream had explained his plan to kill Tubbo. It was time to say goodbye. The portal whooshed again, but this time someone stepped out.

Last time I put a poll to see if I should make a dream SMP animatic or not, and 32 people choose yes, including an admin, so thanks everyone, when its ready I'll post the animatic here! Love to all those who support me!
