I've seen a couple posts here about how the stream/lore was scuffed. In my opinion thats not true. While maybe the organization and presentation was a little off, the lore end went really well. There are a lot more conflicts and complex situations between characters than there were before, and all of them were setup in the jailbreak. I'll list them here:

• Sam killed ranboo. Both techno and tubbo had him as a friend. They hate each other, but must try to work together to try and protech michael, or maybe even get revenge on sam. Expanding on this, techno would feel like he's failed him, strengthening his want for revenge. Since sam is also a part of las nevadas and is partnered with quackity, this could create another war.

• Tommy already hated sam. He got him stuck in the prison for a month, let him die in there, stopped him from killing dream, let dream escape, and also killed his friend ranboo.

• Sapnap and dream used to be friends, but when dream was locked up sapnap began to realise what he's done and their relationship sours. But now that dream's escaped and has threatened kinoko kingdom, they could become enemies.

• Niki was spotted spawning withers while techno was breaking dream out, and now that everyone knows they're working together, this could spark many conflicts with various server members

• Tommy, Phil, and Dream could possibly create a three-person complex conflict. While Tommy remembers what phil did to L'manberg, they're still friends. Phil doesn't seem to like dream after he heard what he's done to tommy, and him rushing to phil for help shows that they could become closer, and that phil could become negative towards dream. This could become a point of contention between him and techno, as techno sees dream more positively. Conflict between them would be tough for both of them since they're the best of friends.

Last year we had 3 whole arcs in 5 months. Now this year, we've had one single arc that's been ongoing for 11 months, and has dragged on way too slowly. We don't get any lore streams except for once a couple months or so.

For my 3, it has to be Phil, Techno, and Ghostbur.

3) Phil only joined the server, to be forced to kill his son after watching him blow up the festival area. He then tried living peacefully, and was locked in his house, which was ransacked, for protecting his friend. He watched them try and kill Techno, and after they both fled, planned for revenge. Debated whether to put phil or tommy in this spot, but I decided phil would be a better choice, since tommy's story currently has a happy ending.

2) Technoblade joined when tommy needed help in building the revolution. But after having his outspoken beliefs and goals constantly dismissed, and having his fellow revolutionaries treat him as just a tool to get their stuff done, they betrayed him by replacing one president with another. His anger builds up and explodes, leading him to fight a one-man war against the rest of L'manberg. He feels some remorse for his actions, and decides to flee far away so that he could never hurt anyone again. But then the butcher army came, tried to kill him, threatened to kill his horse, imprisoned his only friend, and tried to execute him in front of said friend. When that failed, he started making plans to destroy L'manberg, only to one day find the person who betrayed him, hiding in his home, and asking for help, again. He slowly built up his trust with tommy, and for a while, it looked like they would become friends. He even showed him his secret vault, which nobody else had seen. Techno was willing to do anything to help him get what he wanted, but after all that, at the last second, tommy betrayed him a second time, and left him alone with every other person on the server, all looking to kill him. And after L'manberg was destroyed, he became trapped in the prison for 3 months.

1) Ghostbur really doesn't need an explanation. He's a happy-go-lucky ghost who only remembers the good memories, being friends with everyone, and remembering nothing of the bad things he did. Although he is a totally different person, people still treated him like wilbur. Fundy, who ghostbur remembers as the son who he loved, and who loved him, suddenly hates him, and people don't seem to care about him. Then in the doomsday war, he witnessed the entire country being totally destroyed, and for the first time, he felt sadness and anger, at the father he used to look up to. He continually gets ignored and pushed to the side, and finally, tommy uses him as a tool to break into the prison, which leads to his demise.

This is a continuation of my alternate timeline in which L'manberg wins the doomsday war.

The sirens of pandora's vault scream at midnight. The prison has been broken into. Phil, along with fundy, nikki, and wilbur have spent weeks surveying the entire prison and all its inner workings. They slowly but surely, mined into the prison walls at the perfect spot where the hole cannot be seen from the inside. Making it into the guardian chamber, one by one, they were all killed. Armed with invisibility and harming, nikki made quick work of warden Quackity, taking all his gear, including the keys to the prison cell. The other guards Jack and Eret quickly jump in, and get caught up in a battle between fundy and nikki. Wilbur and Phil manage to slip away, and head to the main cell. But to their surprise, they hear shouting and punching coming from the cell. They can barely make out the words, except for a few.

"I told you dream, you can't bring him back."

"I WILL BRING HIM BACK"

"destroy l'manberg"

By the time the lava drains, and they look into the cell, they see dream on the ground, still and unmoving. Techno's face is covered in bleeding scratches, and his arms painted with bruises. Phil, focused only on rescuing Techno, rushes in and gives him gear. Wilbur, seeing what happened to dream, asks

"wait what about dream?"

Techno ignores him, and runs towards the prison exit, while Phil heads back in to grab dream. They all manage to escape, without anyone dying, and head back to their outpost in the north.

Back in safety, Phil asks what happened between techno and dream. Techno explains that dream was adamant on reviving tommy, and how that was a terrible idea, despite all the warnings he gave. Dream then woke up, drowsy and weak, not remembering what happened.

"Where am I?"

Phil replied, "We saved you from the prison. You're free now."

They all rested, not knowing that the butcher army was coming back for round 2.

While standing outside, Wilbur sees a pale face in the distance, staring at him. He goes out to investigate. He finds tommy, staring at him, crying blue burning tears as he always does. He tries to approach, but Tommy runs away again.

The lava drains, and the prisoners look across. There is he, standing. Dream's smile grows slightly, and Techno's teeth clench. There is the one, who betrayed him twice, almost killed his only friend, and killed him. Techno was still bitter about this, and wanted revenge

NOTE: Im gonna skip most of the dialogue and get to the good stuff because im bad at writing it. Also, this is about Techno and Tommy, since in this timeline they're worst enemies, worse than tommy and dream in the canon timeline.

Techno: You have nothing to say to me. You betrayed me twice. The first time, I worked hard for days on end making gear for everyone. I let them ransack my stash, take all my items, and fought alongside them just for you. And what did you do? You replaced Schlatt with Tubbo, one tyrant with another.

Tommy: You betrayed us! We take back L'manberg and you went and killed Tubbo.

Techno: I have told you many times in the past how I feel about governments. I have told you that we would only get rid of Schlatt.

Tommy: Don't give me that, we said we would take back L'manberg and we did. You had no problem with it until after.

Techno: That's your fault for not listening to me. All you did was use me as a weapon. You called me here as a weapon to take down Manberg. You only saw me as "the blade". You were never my friend.

Tommy: You were my friend, you always were, but you killed Tubbo.

Techno: Tubbo, the one that exiled you? The one that never came to you? Who forgot about you? You mean that Tubbo, the one that imprisoned Phil and tried to kill me? I told you Tommy, he should have never become president. Every president is the same

Tommy: TUBBO DID NOTHING WRONG, YOU DID.

Techno: You came to me when you were exiled, I gave you a home, another chance, a friend. I tried to protect you. I gave you my gear. And how do you repay me? By going back to Tubbo, the one who forgot you existed, the one who was more worried about his presidency than his friend who was alone in the wilderness. I hated you Tommy, but I felt sorry for you. He loved you, but he exiled you. That's the difference between us. One cares for their friends.

Tommy: Tubbo was a better friend than you ever were. He did what was right. He was with me since the beginning, fighting alongside me. It was right to stick back with him.

Techno: Would he have been there in the community house alone, fighting all 20 people staring down at him? I would have, I would have fought all of them for you.

Tommy: You get what you deserve

Techno: And so will you

Techno then punches Tommy into the wall of Lava. He is revived as a ghost, always scared and wary of people around him. He tries looking for ghostbur, who could be a friend, but never finds him.

Here's my alternate history of a timeline where the war goes the different direction. But first, here's a scenario which would have changed the outcome

During the war, sapnap, dream's old friend, makes it up onto the obsidian grid, followed by 2 others. As dream chases him, they run around and dismantles the entire system. In a fit of rage, dream then blindly chases him, and gets stuck in a battle with 3 other people. Amidst the chaos, Techno is too distracted by being in the middle of a huge battle, and Philza is trying his best to stay out of sight of both the withers and the L'manberg army. Dream gets killed, and the TNT dispensers don't go off, leaving everything under the surface intact. With one less person to worry about, someone notices the Lmantree burning just in time to stop it. Niki gets caught and after the battle, is imprisoned. With the battle drawing on for longer, Techno slowly begins to tire and get overwhelmed. He tells philza that they need to leave because "i don't think we can win this time". As they flee, phil almost gets killed. Techno comes in to help, and allows him to flee safely, but techno doesn't make it out. The war is won, and L'manberg survives.

That's how they win. But what would happen in the aftermath?

Dream goes into hiding, somewhere far out into the distance. Techno's whole view changes, as he is no longer the blood god, and he can in fact die. Both of them live as much more fearful people, rather than being the feared beings of destruction they were seen as before. One day, dream gets caught out far east of snowchester even further than Techno's cabin, as the butcher army searched day and night for the both of them. The syndicate is never formed, and both dream and techno get put into prison together. There is no stasis pearl, and they are both stuck.

L'manberg, after being through 3 wars becomes a heavily militarised colony, building massive walls and heavy fortifications along its entire larger border. They will never again have to suffer through a war. In prison, there is now fundy, nikki, dream, and techno, the 2 latter being in the maximum security cell together. When the eggpire rises, the paranoid L'manberg is far more aggressive towards them, and within a couple weeks, storm into the lair and attempt to destroy it. While it does survive, it is in a far worse state, and is very weak. This leads them to become part of the badlands for support, and bringing tension between them and L'manberg.

Tommy still visits dream, and still gets stuck. However this time, Techno, still bitter about his double betrayal, is the one who ends up killing him, taking his last canon life. Dream tries to revive him, but Techno stops him, saying "You have no idea what he's done to me, he's used me as his own weapon twice. I cannot let that happen a third time. You can't bring him back, you hear me?" giving enough time for ghost tommy to manifest himself, as weeping spirit, constantly crying blue tears, and always being terrified. Ghostbur tries to bond with him, but his fear pushes him away. He seeks to find Tubbo, his old friend, but instead, finds a broken mess, always grieving over the loss of his only friend. Tommy, also feels like he's lost tubbo.

Phil, now alone, decides that he must free Techno. "You are my only friend, and if I can't live with him, then I can't live. I will break you out of there, my brother, even if it means my death." With Nikki and Fundy's prison sentences ending, he goes to them for help. And instead of forming the syndicate, they form their own commune where snowchester would have been. This gets them within sight of the prison, allowing them to closely monitor all of its outer workings, and find a way in. This continues on until they hear a knock on their door. "Father? Are you in here?" Phil recognises the voice as none other than Wilbur. Phil is happy to see his son again, and knowing how smart he is, adds him to the team to figure a way to break techno out of prison.

(unconnected to the main lore): Wilbur walks along the prime path, and sees the great black and yellow walls up once again. Tears slowly roll off his face as he looks up to them and says "L'manberg, my finished symphony. My corrupted complete symphony." Mixed emotions fill up his head, as his creation L'manberg is alove and stronger than ever, with the walls built greater and stronger, yet it is not the old L'manberg, his L'manberg. It is a cheap imitation, and a corrupted version which he both loves greatly and despises deeply. Looking up to the walls, he sees ghost tommy looking down at him, before running away out into the wilderness.

In the present day, L'manburg is more powerful than it ever was, and becomes a dominant force on the SMP. The greater dream SMP is weak and fractured, and the badlands are a rising power. Tommy never gets revived. Wilbur attempt to befriend Tommy, who is most fearful of him, and constantly runs away. Techno and dream are still in prison, but instead of getting closer, they push themselves apart over arguing with tommy.

That's the end. All in all, this timeline is much more depressing than the one we're in now. But i thought it would be interesting to theorise. What do you think of it?

I'll start with one of mine:

Techno is gonna get out with the Stasis pearl (no, it did not despawn), and hunt down the members of Las Nevadas. Sam would probably be his second target, with Quackity being the main target. He, not knowing Techno has escaped, will probably get caught in a kind of corner without any way to escape once he is found. Unlike the first time, Techno will be the one in maxed out gear, and will kill him, causing Quackity to descend further into his madness, being on his last life.

After that, the syndicate will NOT try to break Dream out, as they do see him as a bad person, constantly creating chaos. Instead, Dream will use a distracted and hunted Sam to find his own way to escape.
