I had been banned last month for posting a link to a Dream hate server alongside a plan to bring it down. The plan did not involve the participation of anyone else, and has since been abandoned for reasons partly related to the ban. I remained in the hate server to help moderators intercept raid attempts, but this was also abandoned because there were no noteworthy events happening in the server.

Understandably angry, I made a post demanding to know why I was banned, to which the moderators deleted. This repeated for several weeks, with the addition of distributing friend requests to wiki moderators that are on Discord because of the complete lack of a reliable appeal system. All of the friend requests were either rejected or ignored. An apology was eventually posted, and I prevented another user on the wiki from repeating my mistake by denying them the hate server invite

The moderators have not made any of these efforts:

• Provide me with a warning of my behavior

• Provide me with a reason I was banned

• Set up an appeal system, which is recommended by the Discord Moderator Academy (https://discord.com/moderation/360060483733-204:-Ban-Appeals)

• Provide me with a reason my posted appeals were rejected

My behavior on the wiki was otherwise unchanged, with me uploading multiple new images, creating several images to improve the front page links, and creating pages for the Dream Shorts channel. I ask for the moderators to take a look at my side of the story.

I would like to apologize for the server invite I posted to the Dream Team Discord server. Discussion with another user on this wiki has helped me to try to ascertain what was going on with the moderators. Since you were not willing to try to put yourself in my shoes, I will show you my perspective:

The situation began when I discovered that an infamous YouTuber simply named "Dream Sucks" (two guesses what they upload) had a Discord server. I wanted to show the user that we will defend Dream, but in hindsight, the plan to rise in ranks in the server before crippling it with a ban wave now seems that it would only confirm that defenders of Dream will do whatever it takes to suppress any hostility to Dream. (This plan was abandoned a few days later since I didn't find myself convincing enough.) I stated my plan on the Dream Team Discord server for two reasons: Alert the users to the server and let them know I'm not a Dream hater. This backfired quickly since the DT moderators, not wanting additional drama, banned me permanently from the Discord server, and I never received any reason.

Frustrated with a ban out of the blue that neither fit any of the rules (AFAIK) nor was given a reason, I quickly posted to the Discussion forums demanding to know why I was banned from the server. None of the moderators gave even a partial answer, and the post was deleted. I repeated the posts (with the latest one bearing a hashtag I made, #NotAnEpicBan) to the same results. My User Page carries the same message that was in the latest rendition of the post, plus (quickly canceled) plans to escalate the protest by replacing images I uploaded. My behavior on the wiki was otherwise unchanged, as I uploaded new wiki asset images without fettering myself.

I once again apologize for these actions and promise to not get involved in any drama. Though the plan to cripple the Dream Sucks server was since abandoned, I will return to the server with a new plan: Keep tabs on the other users for as long as possible so the moderators of the Discord server know who will attempt to raid the server.
