I’m not a huge part of this fandom, but I at least do see posts sometimes and also post my thoughts sometimes as well. And I just wanna say that times are indeed changing.

It seems a lot of people who used to be part of this fandom are leaving, as well as some Dream SMP people. And that may seem sad, especially when you think about all the times you were happy. But things have to change. They can’t stay frozen in happy moments forever, otherwise nothing around you would be special anymore. People obviously react in different ways when it comes to change. Some run away, some deny it and not even notice a change. But I think the best way is to embrace it. It’s part of the curse of life. Nothing lasting forever. We all change as human beings. I mean, look at all the SMP characters and how they started out.

Tommy went from some chaotic child to a hero who sacrificed everything for everyone. Tubbo started out as an innocent bean to a president of his own country. Quackity was some random naked dude who always sang in auto tune to a casino dealer. It’s our experiences that change who we are. And I feel we should be glad that the SMP and this fandom were apart of our experiences, because it helped shape who we are. I’ve seen some people realize their true sexual identity because of the SMP YouTubers, and it’s amazing.

So let life shape you up to who you are. Embrace change because it’s not scary. It’s a start.

Dream SMP behind the scenes.

Like what they do for movie bonus features, where they talk about the process of coming up with ideas and actors share their thoughts about the characters they play and opinions on the story.

Idk, I just thought it would be cool to visualize, but I'm kinda busy rn with school and work and everything so I don't have the motivation to do it.

What do you guys think?

When you realize a couple of depressing things…

No one will remember Tommy died doing something good for everyone

No one will remember Tubbo and Tommy forgave each other after everything

No one will ever know what happened to Wilbur

No one will remember all the shit things Dream did and treat him like a friend instead

George and Dream never saw each other again

Karl knew this whole time everyone was going to die

Karl, Quackity and Sapnap never forgave each other

Quackity will never be able to talk to Slime again

Quackity never knew Wilbur wanted to apologize for everything

Badboyhalo and Skeppy never made up

Fundy never got to learn what happened to Sally

DreamXD watched his friend (George) die, knowing he couldn’t interfere

Sam never got to see Fran again

Ponk never got his arm back

No one will remember how Punz basically ruined everything

No one will ever know why Purpled wanted the revival book

No one will ever know how Schlatt got the revival book

Ranboo will never get revived

Foolish will never get to see his builds again

Eryn will never know what happened to his parents

And the saddest of all…

No one will ever remember Techno or Michael again…

Sad that they wrote all these characters, only to reset them all..

But I guess that is something we must live with from now on.

I miss when Tommy messed around and just did whatever the hell he wanted

I miss when Dream was just kinda a chill land lord and only got pissed off when someone broke major rules

I miss when George actually was on the SMP and would laugh and die in a bastion because he was stubborn and didn’t realize how much of a fall it was

I miss when Sapnap would kill pets because he wanted to

I miss naked Quackity who always sang with auto tune

I miss when Wilbur would always sing Hamilton references

I miss when Tubbo acted like a noob and seemed like the innocent one

I miss when Callahan would always somehow be in the background of every important conversation and nobody would say anything about it

I miss when Awesamdude wasn’t a warden for the prison

I miss when Ponk made lemon trees for fun and would try his best to piss people off for no reason at all

I miss when everyone tried to make Badboyhalo swear

I miss when Punz did it for the money

I miss when Fundy was just a chill streamer and liked to drown people (wink wink)

I miss when Schlatt was just some random player who joined only to get banned a few minutes later

I miss when Skeppy would constantly change his and Bad’s mansion design

I miss when Eret was known for being a member of Lmanberg and not a traitor

I miss when Jack was known as Thunderhead

I miss when Niki was just a simple baker

I miss when Karl was just a guy from Mr Beast who got invited to the server and decided to act all sexy towards Sapnap and Quackity

I miss when Hbomb was a catmaid

I miss when Alyssa was still a member

I miss when Philza was just an YouTuber who lost his hardcore world and wasn’t a crow man

I miss when Ranboo used to do parkour instead of being on the server (not that I didn’t like when he did join the server, it just reminds me of the old days when he wasn’t)

I miss when Techno was alive and was a funny YouTuber who joined the SMP during a live stream and tried to make it a secret even though he had an audience of over 100k people lmaoooooo

I miss the old Dream SMP. I think we all do. And I know we’ll never get it back. But as long as we keep the memories flowing, it won’t go anywhere.

LORE SPOILERS

Idk why, but the only part that truly broke my heart was when Tommy and Tubbo went to sit at the bench after prepping the nuke, and Tommy goes to listen to a disc, only to realize he’s lost them both. And then he just says this one line that broke me, so softly: “There’s nothing left to play…”

And that is a truly beautiful quote. War is upon them both, and they know they’re both going to lose and there is not an option of both of them living at the end. And through everything, Tommy lost the most significant thing that stood for everything he had worked for.

And I just can’t help but think that war is like a song.

At the end of everything, there is nothing left to play, because all the things that created the music are gone…

I was just tryna go off of this skin but I feel it went horribly wrong:

We finally got a dream team meetup, now we just have to get Skeppy and Bad to meet up! But that’ll probably be harder. But then again, I didn’t think Dream was ever gonna face reveal soooooooo 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today marks 3 months since So Long Nerds was released. So I decided to write something because I was feelin' kinda down.

To start off, a quote I made up around the time he passed.

"The strongest warrior may never fall to the sharpest blade, but to the fight within."

Now to begin:

Philza flew across the clouds until he spotted what he was looking for. A small grave with a netherite sword planted into the ground beside it. He landed, the wind from his wings blowing the grass. He placed a simple rose beside the grave and sat down in front of it. He drew in a deep breath. He took the emerald hanging on his hat off and held it in his hands. He cleared his throat.

"Hello old friend. It's nice to talk with you again. It's now been almost 3-4 months since I saw you last. Things have changed so much. Dream is doing a face reveal, can you believe it? The homeless teletubby is going to actually show his face to the world. You would've laughed at him, said he looks nice and then still point out the fact that he's homeless," Philza chuckled quietly. "You always did know how to make people laugh. Tommy moved to New York for a bit and met Schlatt. You would've been proud of him. Obviously you'd never tell him that to his face, but I know you cared. Ranboo became roommates with Aimsey and a couple others. George is meeting up with Dream, hence why Dream is face revealing. Wilbur and Quackity both just wrapped up their Dream SMP characters. Or at least Wilbur did. Quackity finished the first chapter of Las Nevadas, but he'll be making more. Wilbur had a live performance with Lovejoy, and he even let Tommy on stage! I built you a monument you'd be proud of. I even installed a mod where if you name a pig Technoblade it gets a crown. But the most important news, you passed Tommy in subs. Ironic, you were both fighting so hard just to get to 10 mil, and Tommy got there way before and you were kind of down about it. But now you've got more than him! And only in just a couple of days. So many things are changing without you, and I sometimes forget that you were the most important parts of those changes. You brought a new era. And as time goes on, the more I realize you're not coming back. Of course, I've always known that, but sometimes it's hard to accept the fact that things can change in such little time." Philza began crying. "You were my best mate. Nobody could've done any of the things they've done today without you. And now that my mind can truly come to terms with the reality of you being gone, it just fucking hurts man. Shit, it's only been 3 months and I'm still bawling my eyes out and can't sleep. My memories just sit there... they don't vanish like I'd want them to. But maybe it's a good thing I still have these memories. Because even if I am hurting for your loss, and I know I'll still be hurting for years to come, I won't be hurting alone. So continue fighting God up there, because I know you are, you idiot. Win. Because Technoblade never dies."
