With that being said, the only person he cares about is George.
Wilbur used to be a loving father who cared about the people who loved him but after L'manburg was made, power hunger took over and replaced his kind nature with something evil.
Tommy sometimes uses his "Your Tubbo" compass to know where he is and to make sure that Tubbo is ok. Tubbo used to do the same with his "Your Tommy" compass before it got blown up.
