Think about it! He literally said to Ranboo, "Well, that's because I'm you.", and the fact that Dream's voices can send him into the Enderwalking state also points out a few things. If you do post this theory, and you add something like this, could I have at least some credit(for inspiration purposes)? It's not required, but I would really appreciate it!

You gotta admit, it would make sense, since Dream's personality can easily be taken advantage of. AND, Tommy has this undying hatred of Dream, and everybody believes Tommy without question... Maybe he is the bad guy? I know this is probably not true, it's just something I thought of while trying to go to sleep at 3am after an all-nighter of homework.

Oh my God, this might actually be a canon theory you have here! If possible, could I use this for my fanfictions?
