Prison/post-prison dream/Tommy's exile dream no, his fur didn't get duller, he's just a dirty dusty boy. Most of the scars on his front legs are from Tommy. The one at his mouth is a Glasgow smile sort of thing where he tried to eat food off of a can and bam.
Literally his name could be Dreamstar.
But Greenstar or Grassstar would be traditional.

I was using the wiki far before I actually made an account tho so-
Tommy, a loner who runs around terrorizing Dream with Tubbo.
When Tommy joined lmanburg with Wilbur, he cleaned up to appear nicer. The start of Tommy looking up to Wilbur.
During pogtopias short reign, Tommy didn't clean himself as often and got mud on his fur.
He didn't bother to clean it off.
It made him feel closer to Wilbur.
During his exile and Dreams downfall, Tommy lost sleep. He also didn't bother to clean the mud then, either. Not because of Wilbur, but because he was too tired to bother.
Right before his quick death and revival, he cleaned up. He didn't feel like some kit who covered himself in mud to mimic someone anymore.
That carried to after his revival.
Sometimes he tries to mess up his fur to hide the white.
I had a lot of ideas for Tommy, and two name ideas.
Sandpaw(Lark) ((Wilburs warrior name would probably have sparrow in it))

Now for Tommy, we have multiple stages I could do
Pre-lmanburg (I could imagine his fur being dirty before he joined lmanburg)

I gave ghostbur eye liner and I'm loving it (they all have eyeshadow-like markings too)

After some magic is done by Dream, Wilbur is given another shot at life.
I'm thinking of giving the clan cats warriors based names, and have Wilbur be "Trackstar" as in a music track but revivedbur be "Trackstar" as in train track. (And they would know the word track as cats because of tracking scents and shit)
Pogtopia is sort of like bloodclan in the sense that it isn't an actual clan, it doesn't follow the same rules.
I'm gonna wait on tubbo and ponk cause they don't have certain limbs (ponk is canonical but i like to give tubbo a tail nub)
