The crafting table meme is a popular joke that was originally created in the summer of 2020 by GeorgeNotFound and Sapnap.
History[]
The meme first originated during one of George's livestreams on the Dream SMP[1] while he was standing on top of a crafting table reading a donation.
When George was distracted, Sapnap crouched next to him, apparently attempting to push George off, but instead appearing to make a motion suggesting that he was having sex with George. Fans almost immediately began joking about it, creating the "crafting table meme" that has been often referenced by other streamers and members of the SMP.

- Sapnap claimed on his Twitter that he was just trying to push George off of the table in an attempt to stop the meme, but it still continued.[2]
- The floor of the Community House was made up of crafting tables as a reference to this joke.
