Music Discs are an important part of the Dream SMP server, often acting as leverage, or as a bargaining tool to resolve conflicts, as well as reminders of good times. They have also been a factor in solidifying loyalty and mending relationships. Tommy's music discs, Cat and Mellohi, were the heart of conflict of the Disc Saga, and of core importance to Tommy (and by extension Dream) on the SMP.
Very important. Involved in the Disc Saga, ended the L'Manberg War for Independence, and was coveted by both Tommy and Dream. Dream stated that he had the disc, but it was revealed that Skeppy and BadBoyHalo were truly in possession. They held ownership of the disc until Skeppy apparently gave it to Ranboo sometime before the Green Festival (this conflicts with one of Skeppy's streams after the Green Festival in which he showcased the disc). On January 20, 2021, Tommy got Cat and Mellohi back at the end of the Disc Confrontation.[2] Over a year later, Tommy burned both Cat and Mellohi so he and Tubbo could escape from Pandora's Vault.[3]

Very important. Was first played when Jschlatt visited the server for the first time. It was also played after Tommy, Tubbo, and Niki escaped from the Manberg Festival, and again with Tommy, Tubbo, and Dream at the end of the Manberg vs Pogtopia War. Dream kept this disc in his old base, until it was stolen by Puffy after she blew up Dream's house which contained the disc inside. Tommy kept Blocks in his ender chest until he was forced to give everything in his ender chest to Dream when he and Tubbo were taken to Pandora's Vault.[4]
Semi-important. It was first gifted to Tommy while he was in exile by BadBoyHalo, despite Tommy constantly swearing at him and making 3 videos on it. This disc was stashed in Tommy's ender chest. It supposedly reminded Tommy of "death and space women". The disc went missing sometime before the Disc Confrontation.[5]

Not important. It was first gifted to Tommy while he was in exile by HBomb. It was stashed in Tommy's ender chest. Tommy threw it over Techno's balcony at the end of his stream after receiving Techno's canon disc. It is unknown if he picked it up after.
Semi-important. Gifted to Tommy by Technoblade as a present, along with an enchanted turtle shell named "Tommy Helmet". Tommy listened to it with Techno and attempted to rap over it unsuccessfully. Tommy listened to it later by himself after kidnapping Connor. The disc was kept in Tommy's ender chest until he was forced to give everything in his ender chest to Dream when he and Tubbo were taken to Pandora's Vault.[4]
Somewhat important. HBomb gave Tommyinnit a Pigstep disc on Christmas Day. Tommy was very excited about HBomb's gift, asking him if he knew the power they had just given him. This power is to get them DMCA'd due to Pigstep's status as a copyrighted song, although he later figured out that this would not work on Dream since he did not stream on the SMP. Tommy kept Pigstep in his ender chest until he was forced to give everything in his ender chest to Dream when he and Tubbo were taken to Pandora's Vault.[4]
Somewhat important. Tommy gave Technoblade BadBoyHalo's duplicate Pigstep discs he had received as a Christmas present. He explained the power it held to copyright-strike any listeners on the server, although it would not be effective on Dream.
Important. Was given to Lani by Dream on her first day of the server and was in Tubbo's ender chest after that. On January 20th, it was gifted to Tommy by Tubbo after the battle against Dream. Tommy had coveted this disc since it was first introduced into the SMP. Tommy kept the disc in his ender chest until he was forced to give everything in his ender chest to Dream when he and Tubbo were taken to Pandora's Vault.[4]
Somewhat important. A fake Mellohi Dream used to trick Tommy for Spirit during the Railway Skirmish. However, it was burned after the Manberg vs Pogtopia War.
Not important. Drista, while on Dream's account, reluctantly played the Pigstep disc two separate times at Tommy's request. Tommy listened to it once alone and once with Technoblade. He attempted to steal it both times, with Technoblade picking it up after the second attempt. When Technoblade attempted to hand it back to Tommy, Drista picked it back up.
