Dream's Evil Lair was built and destroyed on December 20, 2020, by Dream after Technoblade asked Dream if he is actually homeless since he was always trespassing and visiting Technoblade at his cabin. It was met with great defense, one that Technoblade teased him greatly. Dream further defended himself, saying that he had a house far away. He even further claimed that he had the biggest base on the server. Later, Technoblade followed Dream to find him building a house near his cabin.
The three roomed house was built in around 40 minutes out of cobblestone, wood, dirt, and snow. The yard featured a small wooden fence around it. Diamond blocks were temporarily used in its construction. Inside a chest within the house was a book named 'House'.
Throughout the build, Technoblade trolled Dream by secretly luring creepers to grief the property. Dream was constantly under attack from the mobs, leading him to build frustration. Upon completion, Dream put TNT around the house and blew it up, leaving a great crater in the ground. Dream later revealed that he blew up his house to avoid developing attachment. Dream also messaged Technoblade saying that he blew up his base to "build another one" in the future.

It is unknown if Dream actually has a base, or if he actually built a base and blew it up as a cover for a secret base. Some speculate that the larger base he was referencing was Pandora's Vault.
