Grayson Wood, better known online as Purpled, is a popular content creator who is friends with the Dream Team. His YouTube channel mostly consists of storytelling and Bedwars on Hypixel, and his Twitch channel consists of a variety of many other games in addition to storytelling and Bedwars. Purpled is a member of the Dream SMP.

  • Purpled has two older brothers who both went to college.[4]
  • His zodiac Sign is Scorpio.
  • Purpled got his driver's license on January 24, 2020.[5]
    • A few months after getting his license, Purpled told two stories of himself ordering food in drive-thrus, which he considered embarrassing because he either forgot to bring his wallet or lost his card in his car.[6]
  • He was officially invited to the Dream SMP on July 7, 2020, but wasn't whitelisted. He was whitelisted hours after and started streaming on July 9, 2020.[7]
  • Purpled was #1 on his tennis team and was sent to districts.[8] His hair is cut short for the requirements. He is also good at ping pong.
  • Dream revealed that he was a fan of Purpled when Dream was a small YouTuber.[9]
  • He used lived with his mother, who is a teacher.[10] He currently lives with fellow Bedwars YouTuber Wallibear.[11]
  • Purpled got scammed as a kid when he played Clash of Clans.[12]
  • His second favorite color is cyan.[13]
  • He is older than Ranboo, Tubbo, Tommy, and Eryn on the Dream SMP.

  • Purpled finished high school on May 5, 2022 and graduated on May 21.[14][15] He previously attended two schools - one for normal classes, and the other for advanced math and science.[16][17]
  • Purpled did his face reveal in a video posted on January 2, 2019. He later set the video to be private.
  • He bought over a thousand cans of food from Walmart to win a high school canned food drive.[18]
  • He considers skiing his scariest experience and sometimes falls while skiing.[19]
  • He skipped an online class to participate the $10,000 Taco Bell gift card challenge by MrBeast.[20][21]
  • Purpled has thalassophobia and hates crabs.[22][23]
    • He mentioned his brother or father put a crab in the back of his bathing suit when he was little.[24]
  • On October 24, 2022, Purpled announced on Twitter and in an unlisted video on YouTube that he will launch a new YouTube channel that isn't gaming and related to his main channel sometime in November. He shared that he will stop uploading on the main channel (potentially after a final video) since he lost interest in uploading gaming content. Purpled also mentioned that he still will stream on Twitch, but less often.[25][26] Purpled launched the channel on December 3, 2022.[27]
