The Tubbo Administration is the third Administration of L'Manberg (previously Manberg). Its ideology was Communism. It lasted 50 days, making it the shortest-living administration by only one day. Due to the destruction of L'Manberg during The Doomsday War, no administration succeeded this one.

Tubbo was named the President of L'Manberg by Wilbur Soot after the death of Jschlatt and the main conflict of the Manberg-Pogtopian War.

History

Following the death of Schlatt, the nation of L'Manberg was reclaimed by its founders. Wilbur originally named TommyInnit president, but he refused, saying that he still had to retrieve his discs from Dream, and returned the power back to Wilbur. Wilbur, however, also didn't accept, and named Tubbo the president instead, saying that he'd do a better job than any of them.

While Tubbo was giving his speech on the L'Manberg Podium, Wilbur snuck off to the TNT room to enact his final plan on the Dream SMP. At the same time, Technoblade, enraged at the idea of the rebellion "replacing one dictator with another", killed Tubbo. Quickly after, Wilbur detonated the TNT, despite the recently joined Philza begging him not to.

The TNT destroyed a massive chunk of L'Manberg, but the destruction was exacerbated when Techno spawned in two withers and began killing those trying to stop them. Eventually, the withers were killed but Techno vowed to never let a government rise up again from the Dream SMP.

Despite Techno's actions, Tommy still reaffirmed Tubbo as the President, and Tubbo and his cabinet agreed to just call themselves a collective instead of a government to avoid further conflict with Technoblade.

A New L'Manberg

The Cabinet

Tubbo decided to elect people into his cabinet, regardless of whether or not they had been citizens of L'Manberg during the Soot Administration. As expected, Tommy was reinstated as Vice President almost immediately after Tubbo was elected. Fundy was elected as Foreman, in order to keep the operations in the country moving smoothly. Quackity was elected as the Secretary of State, to oversee big decisions that had to be made. Karl was elected as the Creative Head Director, to oversee creative projects (such as building and decorating); and Niki was given the position of the Secretary of Treasury. Philza wasn't given an official position, however he was named "Earthly Wisdom".

Annexation

Due to new citizens and former countries, L'Manberg needed more land for the requirements of its citizen. Fundy and Quackity, as Foreman and Secretary of State respectively, decided to annex territories of the citizens. L'Manberg annexed Pogtopia, Purpled's land, Manifold Land, the Slums, Rutabagville (although it was already inherited from Manberg), and the railway to Pogtopia. These areas were to be transformed into districts for specific uses.

Rebuilding L'Manberg

As a majority of L'Manberg was blown up in the chaos following Schlatt's death, Tubbo's first orders were to rebuild it. Realizing that it would take a lot of work to fill in all the damage, Tubbo proposed to rebuild the country on top of stilts placed above the damaged land. He also wanted to keep the crater that was blown into the ground of L'Manberg, and decided to fix it up and decorate the outside of it. He wanted it to remain to preserve the history behind L'Manberg but show that they had moved on. He enlisted the help of Philza, Fundy, Quackity, and Karl to help him start rebuilding and repairing the damage done to his country.

The builders first worked on clearing up the water and the rubble within the crater. The damage was patched within half an hour, and the cabinet then moved on to building their respective houses. Tubbo waited on building his house so he continued to live in his bunker under L'Manberg. Fundy made his two-story abode next to where the White House once stood, Quackity built his in front of Fundy's, and Karl built his in front of Quackity's. Tommy built a spare residence in front of Karl's, and Phil was granted a plot in front of Tommy's residence.

Wilbur, now dead and appearing as "Ghostbur" apologized for the actions his past self had done and built his own abode. It was first a large house but Wilbur took it down, making a small underground base instead. He made a crane in place of the original house and made a sewer that led down to his base, where he now resides.

The town square was also built, with a small podium for executives to sit, and a multipurpose platform sat below it. Another build was made; a small water mill near the new White House, to symbolize L'Manberg's technical advancements and their way into industrialization.

The Foundation of a Presidency

New Laws and the Enforcement of Old Ones

In his second act as president, following his initiative to fix up to country, was reinforcing L'Manberg's laws. He wrote the framework for his laws in a book that was titled "First Decrees."

The first law was that no armor, whether it be leather or netherite, will be worn within L'Manberg territory. This included the City Center, Pogtopia, the Slums, and Rutabagville.

The second law was that no weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) will be used in conflicts as a first attack. They will only be used as a last resort and will be kept as government secret. These include end crystals, withers, TNT, fire, and lava, anything that is destructive or a hassle to clean up or destroy.

The third law was that the President's seat and the Cabinet positions will not be permanently held by their holders. Every 70 days an election will be held to see who will become the new Secretary of State, Treasury of State, Vice President, President, and Creative Head Director. A president can only serve for two terms (140 days).

The fourth law (almost a joke) was that NO SATANIC RITUALS WILL BE HELD ON L'MANBERG GROUNDS. This was most likely referring to Quackity's plan to resurrect Schlatt and use him as a political figure.

Two Conflicts and Mobilization

On the 28th of November, Tommy and Ranboo worked together to "rob" the summer home of GeorgeNotFound. Along with griefing the building, he stole several of the items from his chest, and burned some of the roofs on accident. The two believed that they had pulled it off without any witnesses, trying to use Nihachu and Puffy, who were on a date building a flower shop, as an alibi whilst at the same time blaming Nihachu for the griefing.

However, Dream found out about the grief and immediately took action, stating that it had been a direct attack against the summer home of the newly crowned King. He began building up walls around the country out of obsidian, reminiscent of the walls previous, along with burning some of Jack Manifold's land. L'Manberg forces consisting of Puffy, Fundy, Tubbo, Ranboo, and Nihachu stood ground on the three block tall obsidian "border marker" telling Dream to remove the obsidian and keep L'Manberg as it was, but Dream argued that because L'Manberg had been claimed through revolution, and weren't democratically elected, the peace treaties were void.

Dream then logged off to say his work was done, however logged on once again to say that Ranboo was wrong, as he was the one who stated that Dream's original statement was incorrect. Niki realized that it might have been Tommy who was the culprit behind the retaliation from the Greater Dream SMP, as he was the one who griefed the King's House.

This meant that the Greater Dream SMP did not hold just Tommy responsible, but Tubbo and the rest of L'Manberg as well, due to Tommy being the sitting Vice President of the country.

Punz arrived afterward as enraged as Dream was. Punz bitterly told the L'Manbergian forces that he thought there would be peace for a long period of time but came to realize that it was all a myth when Tommy griefed George's house.

Tubbo realized he needed to do something to reclaim the L'Mantree and most of the territory that were rightfully L'Manberg's. Tubbo in rage began to mobilize the L'Manberg military, calling all willing volunteers to mobilize against the Greater Dream SMP in anticipation that Dream would come and strike them decisively. Tubbo then allowed the uses of all WMDs outside of Capitol territory in order to retaliate against the Greater Dream SMP.

The Cabinet Shifts

Confrontation

After the happenings of the night before, Tubbo held a meeting with his cabinet members, Quackity, Fundy, and of course, Tommy. The three met in the Camarvan and discussed what they were going to do, before they decided to speak with Dream about his grievances. Dream stated his case and then asked Tubbo to speak privately after Tommy continued to deny the charge against him.

Dream gave Tubbo an ultimatum, to punish Tommy for what he'd done or face dire consequences. Out of everything, Dream began pushing for Tommy's exile from the country, something Tubbo considered, but clearly wasn't willing to do. Tubbo then spoke with Fundy and Quackity, telling them some of what Dream had suggested, and they all decided to take Tommy to trial for his crimes.

The Court Room

The members of the L'Manberg Cabinet and the Dream SMP delegates, along with a few others, met at a small courthouse just outside the Holy Land. There, they put Tommy on trial, where he and George were asked to state their case. After several levers were flicked, beginning to solidify Tommy's doom, Ranboo, who was in attendance, was called out as well, though when he got onto the stand, he lied, saying that his memory was bad.

Tommy failed in his attempt to blame Niki, and upon realizing the danger Ranboo was in, vouched for Ranboo, never giving up his involvement even after the actions at the courthouse, in confidence. After more deliberations, Tommy was dropped into the lava, and stripped of his title as Vice President. He was then sentenced to a two week probation, and was instructed to report his daily routine to Fundy.

A Change of Ideology

Exiling Tommy

On December 4, 2020, Tubbo exiled TommyInnit. Dream escorted Tommy into the wilderness where Tommy was left there until further notice. Quackity showed Fundy and Tubbo a secret room, a war room where the butcher army had been assembling. Tubbo realized that due to his weakness and false hope for peace, the members of L'Manberg had to unite and fight as one.

Embracing the Communist Manifesto

Tubbo called all active citizens of L'Manberg to the podium where he declared himself as premier of state. Tubbo then gave a speech about how the nation will therefore be referred to as a commune (despite a commune in definition being simply a community of people sharing responsibilities), and that the people of L'Manberg would fight as one against the forces of anarchy and evil.

Loss of Cabinet Members

Fundy and Niki began losing faith in the country, and the former decided to leave the administration for a new country he named Dry Waters. Niki joined him and the two left L'Manberg without resigning, however as it turned out Fundy had forgotten the new nations coordinates causing Niki to abandon him. Fundy returned to L'Manberg, but Niki didn't and instead vanished from the cabinet - now isolating herself in her Secret City.

Collapse of the Country

With the advent of the Doomsday War, Technoblade/SMP's anarchist faction laced L'Manberg with TNT, obliterating the entire country one last time. The Tubbo administration collapsed with the loss of L'Manberg as members abandoned the destroyed country and went their separate ways.
