Voices in Technoblade's head

The voices inside Technoblade's head are the canonical representation of his livestream chat inside Dream SMP.

Personality

According to Technoblade, there are "countless" voices that are "crazy" with a thirst for blood. Although they sometimes are sad or angry, most of the time, they demand blood and violence. Despite their bloodthirst, the voices tend to be quite protective of Philza, Ghostbur, Ranboo and sometimes Tommy.

The voices also inspire Technoblade's pet names.

History

In the past, Technoblade followed the voices, but over time, he became better at ignoring them.

During the Reconstruction Era and onward, Technoblade became a pacifist and retired to his cabin despite the voices calling for blood. Although he tried his best to renounce violence, there were two times where he nearly succumbed to the voices:

• When he visited Tommy and showed Tommy his outfit during Tommy's exile, he retaliated to Tommy's attack and jokingly killed Tommy.
• After GeorgeNotFound asked Techno if he had any cows, the voices suggested that Techno should kill George.

Technoblade later finally succumbed to the voices, fighting back when the Butcher Army came to execute him. After escaping execution, he followed what the voices asked him to do.

During the first visit Technoblade took to the crimson egg, the voices constantly interrupted the egg's whispers and Bad's conversation.

Trivia

• Fan music creator Derivakat made the song "Voices" about Techno's chat which included the voices of 70 fans. "Voices" is sung to a fierce rock beat that emulates the aggressiveness of the canon voices and notably contains quotes from Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" in both English and Mandarin.
